I don’t like leaving bad reviews, Brusters I’m sorry, but I’m not sure if it’s just the Amherst area. EVERY TIME I go the ice cream is milky and tastes rotten, and it’s not just one flavor . It’s every single flavor that has this same rotten lingering taste. I thought it was just me at first but my boyfriend also stated how it tasted funny and after a few questionable sips we had to throw away our ice cream. I’m not sure if you need to change the recipe or just the freshness of the ice cream all together . But the ice cream does indeed taste and smell like throw up … on a positive note your staff and values for customer service have always been kind and welcoming.

Ordered Chocolate Chip and after one bit asked for my money back. It had a weird consistency and a horrible texture. Not creamy at all. Almost seems to have been melted and refrozen. Very sad how far Brusters has fallen. NEVER GOING

Ice cream is good. Bought an ice cream cake for my kids birthday. The ice cream part of the cake was great, but the cake part tasted dry and old. Also they didn’t sell candles which is an oversight.

Bruster's has this ad going with this magnificent looking toffee chip ice cream. I believe there's even a poster of it as you're walking through the door. I decided to get the pint as there was only a three dollar difference between the pint and the smallest cup serving. I don't know how they get away with calling this toffee chip, hoping I can post a picture of what it looks like. Eight dollars and change for...vanilla. So disappointing.Thank you Bill for reaching out. Since I purchased a pint, I wasn't aware it had a mere tablespoon of toffee in its entirety until I got home. Did not wish to get back in the car, on a 90 degree day, and drive ten miles back to your location. We're all human and yes, we make mistakes. Was it up to the clerk to mention that it appeared an error had been made with this batch? I don't know. Was it up to the ice cream maker to ensure enough of the key ingredient was in the mix? One would think so. However, perhaps what I received was just your standard toffee chip ice cream, and shame on me for expecting it to look exactly as advertised? You tell me.

Stopped in there with my 2 children. I had never been before. Place was super clean, Friendly ,attentive staff, there was a worker named Jared I could be wrong but he was super helpful and friendly.. great experience. Kids were happy. Will definitely be back!!

The best ice cream in the area. There is no doubt in my mind. The flavors are deep: today, salted caramel had the caramel flavor infused all through the ice cream (a deep caramel color) as well as “pockets” of caramel. Yummy!! The toffee bar flavor had a rich vanilla taste with heath bar chunks. OMG good.The real deal.

First time and all the flavors we tried were delicious. Cookie dough, moose track, vanilla and chocolate! You walk in and the smell of fresh made cones is so intense and delicious
