I just had to walk out mid order because the employee coughed over my food 5 times without even trying to cover his mouth, coughed directly into my food multiple times, was wiping his nose on his hands and then handling my food. My first time in and 100% last time in. That’s just gross!

DO NOT EAT HERE, YOU COULD GET SICK. My husband and I got burritos here this evening. My husband noticed there were some cold spots in his burrito but assumed it was the rice. As soon as he got in the car he felt nauseous and within 15 minutes was violently ill for hours. As soon as he became ill I called the restaurant. The team member I spoke with clearly did not take me seriously. He apologized, and I told him he needs to look at the chicken because this is dangerous. Still just apologized. I have no doubt he did absolutely nothing. A little while later I also became ill. I don't know if the food was undercooked or bad, but this is not an ignorable problem.

This is a great spot! The manager is very kind and understanding. I always order the burrito bowl from here, and love it! Tonight, my husband and I ordered Uber eats and the food took a long time to come. When it came, the taste of the food was off, and didn’t taste as it usually did. I called the store, and the man I talked to was extremely helpful and caring. He freshly re-made our order, and even included queso and chips which were phenomenal. Their customer service is incredible, and they actually care about giving their customers the best experience! Thank you for the awesome service and food!

I've ordered uber eats from this place and did choose protein for burrito and quesadillas. Received some stupid vegan mango quesadillas and sour taste burrito with no protein either. F... this

I've only had food delivered from here and every single time the bowls have been perfect. The portions are pretty nuts! I switched from the main chain we all love (and hate) due to issues with consistency but you guys have yet to disappoint. Keep it up!
