Honestly… I don’t usually write bad reviews, but this experience really stayed with me. We arrived at Buffalo Wild Wings around 10 pm. According to the website, the location closes at 11 pm, so we were clearly there during normal business hours. The place was almost empty, no line, no rush, nothing that would explain what happened next. We sat on the couches near where the host usually stands, assuming someone would come over shortly. More than 10 minutes passed and no one approached us.

Pick up for a phone in order, food was late, staff did not react at all and when I went to pay with a gift card they didn't even try to use it and stared at me until I used another form of payment instead (it's one of those universal gift cards the staff has to input in their POS)

Horrible service. Horrible. (and I never complain about service) Waited over an hour to get our food. And when it came, only the 3 adult meals came....not the Grilled Cheese Sandwich for the 2 year old. Not once did the server come by and ask if we needed anything or explain why things were slow...and the restaurant was empty! Then after getting our food....asked our server 5 minutes later where the Grille Cheese was...waited another 15 minutes and asked another server where the Grilled Cheese was before getting it 5 minutes later. (How long does it take to make a Grilled Cheese??) Never again. Literally.
We love BWWs! Great place to catch a game. Plus the cauliflower wings are really good. We always get them. And the wild herd beer! So cheap for a decent beer. We will be frequent visitors during all sports seasons for sure.

This place is a disaster. Everytime I order here something goes wrong. This is my last time trying to give them the benefit of the doubt.
I ordered their 15 dollar buffalo chicken ranch sandwhich and not only did they only give a tiny squirt of buffalo sauce for the whole sandwhich, you can barely even say they put ranch on it. Plus the chicken was thin and tough. So gross.

Used to come here all the time as a regular, lately on Thursdays, always consistently get terrible service at the bar. Tonight the fries came out ice cold, massive disappointment, my friend was waiting all night for his 2nd drink and we just kept getting ignored by the bartender. Unfortunately can't recommend this place anymore that I used to talk highly of for decent food and drinks at a cheap price. If you do come here, don't come on Thursdays if you want good service.
