Got a gift card for Christmas so decided to give it another try. Just not good. Had the fried pickles they were pretty soggy and the dip wasn't tasty. Had boneless chicken with orange sauce and didn't like the sauce it was very bitter. 1

Picture this: You walk into Buffalo Wild Wings, stomach rumbling, dreams of crispy wings and gooey cheese curds dancing in your head. It’s a Friday night. The place isn’t empty—people are still eating—but the entire staff is in full “get out” mode, scrubbing counters like they’re prepping for a health inspection rather than serving customers.
We take a seat at the bar, hoping to get some late-night grub, but plot twist—the bartender looks at us like we just asked them to cater a wedding. Sigh. You know the sigh. The “I’d rather do literally anything else but help you” sigh. The “Why are you even here?” sigh. The kind of sigh that makes you wonder if you accidentally walked into someone’s funeral.
Now, we’re not monsters. We get it—closing in 30 minutes isn’t ideal. But last I checked, 30 minutes is still a half-hour of being OPEN. If you don’t want people to show up, maybe change your hours to “Kitchen closes whenever we feel like it.”
But the real kicker? Another poor soul wandered in, double-checked if they were open, and got so much attitude from the bartender that they turned around and left immediately. At this point, I wasn’t just hungry—I had so much secondhand anxiety that I wanted to leave too. And we did.
The best part? A brand-new casino just opened next door. It’s packed. People are spending money. Friday nights are only going to get busier. But BWW? Nah. They’ve got bigger priorities—like making sure the counters are spotless while potential customers are literally walking out the door.
Final thoughts? If you like being treated like a nuisance for daring to crave wings within legal business hours, this is your spot. Otherwise, hit the casino, grab a burger, and enjoy food from a place that actually wants your money.

Don’t follow ada protocol for disability altert dog my dog is stress alert dog instead of asking if the she has to be on the booth wich she need to to warn if a seizure comes on. He told us that we need to take her off the booth per order of dm Mike. If you have a stress altert dog don’t bring them here because the front desk will make you feel unwelcome. My waitress Isabel was the most positive experience By being amazing welcoming, unlike the front end lady who kept giving us uncomfortable looks about having a service dog

Normally, this is a solid choice. Autumn at store 3815 is obviously the glue that holds that store together because we came in today and unfortunately she was not there. This was singularly the worst service we have ever had. There was an entire empty bar full of dirty dishes for the entirety of our meal. The entire crew except for the bartender sat at a table in the corner and did nothing. Our appetizer (Fried Pickles) came out fast. That is the high point of this experience. Our order of chicken fingers was obviously forgotten and sat in the back to get cold. FYI: tossing them back in the hot grease to warm them up only over cooks them. We were so disappointed by this visit that even though we usually get great food and service at store 3815, we won't be back...ever. That's how bad it was.

The appetizer was delicious and came out piping hot but sadly our chicken was lukewarm at best. I thought it was just mine so I didn't say anything but after we left my family said theirs wasn't hot either. It tasted good but would have been better if it was hot
Food is good, really shocked from the owner/manager’s attitude to my boyfriend and I when taking takeout. Very disrespectful, not going to come back soon.

My boyfriend and I went to dinner tonight and our waitresses name was mikayla. The service was awful we didn’t get our drink order for 25 minutes, we both order sherly temples and she ended up brining me a water and him a sherly temple. Then we placed our food order she didn’t run it through the computer until 30 minutes later. When brining out the food we ended up getting someone else’s order that wasn’t ours, so we sent it back to then receive our order which was made wrong and we didn’t receive silverware or napkins till all the food was situated leaving our food to end up cold. The table in front of us were a group of 3 teenagers they had issues too and instead of handling them professionally our waitress rolled her eyes and started blaming everything on them. The manager then came over and was yelling at them saying “this is how your mother raised you don’t ever come back here” which is very unprofessional and rude to the point where they started crying. We were there for over an hour and were not satisfied at all the service was horrible and the staff was very rude and unprofessional. I will not be returning to this buffalo wild wings and will bring my service else where.

Smallest chicken pieces I've ever seen.....id say it's probably 2.5 chicken strips no where close to. it's so sad that the boneless wings are the size of the tots....like they should be the size of regular chicken tenders for $13. It's also $5 for this box of fries and they don't even fill the box half way.
