FOOD WAS ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE I ASKED FOR NO KETCHUP WITH MY BURGER CAUSE IM ALLERGIC TO IT THEY STILL ADDED KETCHUP GOT MY WHOLE FOOD ORDER WRONG EVEN DOWN TO THE DRINKS!!! FOOD WAS NOT FRESH & WAS JUST ALL WRONG ABSOLUTELY WORSE BURGER KING EVER RATHER GO TO MASSACHUSETTS $50 ON FOOD JUST WENT TO WASTE YOU GUYS NEED A WHOLE NEW WORK STAFF CAUSE CLEARLY NONE OF THEM CAN READ OR DO ANYTHING CORRECTLY & THIS ISNT THE FIRST TIME EITHER

The food quality was extremely poor. All of the food was ice cold and had an old taste to it. The reviews you see online are absolutely justified. The chicken fries were as hard as a rock and very overcooked. None of the items I ordered arrived hot, all items were room temperature. I was extremely disappointed since BK is normally good, but this location is one of the worst I have ever had. So overpriced for terrible quality food.

I ordered a Junior Whopper on my phone. It was ready immediately. A high table, which is very helpful for me. (I have tricky getting up from regular seats.) The burger was fresh and good. Good staff morale. Bright, clean, spacious dining area.

I order the food through the app and they forgot the frankie sundae. I called BK 5 times, but each time no one picked up. I contacted bk support by email and she told me she could only offer me a coupon. I said no thank you because they keep messing up my order so this was my last shot with them. I just want my money back for the sundae. She email me back saying they are not allowed to do that. I said she can keep the coupon because I won't be returning. So I just lost my money for an item I never received.

Says open until midnight, I put in an online order around 1140, show up at 1145 and someone WALKING OUTSIDE tells me they're closed, not through the intercom. If you're gonna close at 1145 SAY 1145 not 12. Avoid at all costs
