We a made a reservation and stood at the hostess desk for over ten minutes. The employee was on the phone and never acknowledged us so we left.

Burgers were amazing, and drinks were also great. However, our server and fries were absolutely horrible! Waited roughly 40 minutes for them to take our order and another 30 minutes to bring our check after requesting it! As a lifelong food service worker, I was appalled at the horrible service from our server!!

I ordered hot-buttered lobster roll, plus a cold lobster roll to go. Delicious both of them! But the coleslaw was absolutely in edible.

My family has eaten here many many times and always been very pleased, today was not the case. My fillet was undercooked. My wife’s chicken was tough and the chicken in my son’s chicken piccata had multiple pieces of bone or cartilage or something very hard, many pieces. Our server, Sarah, was unbelievable, the service is always fantastic. The food is good, and you pay for it, but I don’t mind paying as you get what you pay for. Not sure when we will go back as we did not get what we paid for during our most recent visit.

Always great gluten free options. Frequent diner there. Staff always very attentive and knowledgeable about GF choices. Menu clearly marks all items GF so very easy to choose. Lobster roll was incredible!

Just went on an unplanned date night only to have such a horrible experience. We shall start with the pros. Short wait time for a table and friendly waiter.

Okay now onto the issues. We order calamari and truffles fries to start. Both came out completely overcooked! A lot of the fries were burnt! For the first time ever while dining out I sent back the fries only to get soggy ones in return! Fine, we ate them to avoid a scene. While eating we placed the orders for our entrees. Our order took close to 1 hr to arrive!!! During that time not one person checked in on us or apologized for the wait! It wasn't until I was ready to call it quits and got up to speak with a gentleman at the front desk that said the food will be out shortly. It was brought out by a young woman who never even said I apologize for the wait! At this point neither my husband or I had an appetite! When the waiter finally came over and realized I had not touched my food I asked why nobody came to let us know there would be a delay? He said this is actually not bad given a few weeks ago they had a complete kitchen turnover and the wait was much longer! That's great but not the response you should give to any customer! Our bill with tip was well over $150 and yes we still tipped! I walked out and tossed the food I was so upset with the service, lack of care for our time and money! I have often visited your establishment before and always loved it but this time left such a bad taste that I will say we won't be back!! The waiter also said a few weeks ago they were doing everything to make their patrons happy from free desserts to bread! Meanwhile here we are a patron, upset and nothing but ...it could have been worse response! Totally unacceptable!!!

Would give the service 10 stars if I could. These folks are very attentive to food allergies and respectful of those needs. Super well managed staff and very nice people. Would eat there again even if the food sucked, it didn't, but the people make the place.

Had a poor experience here. Once seated, nobody came by to take our drink order for a good 30 minutes. After that, the service continued to be super spotty. No utensils or napkins were given with our food, and we had to wait another 20 minutes for the waitress to come back around to ask for utensils and napkins. The food and drinks were very good, but I will likely not be returning here due to my experience. I’m sure the service is better for most people, but the fact that so much continued to go wrong throughout my entire visit makes me not want to eat here again

Everytime we go out to eat here, I always ask for Flavio! He is the best waiter I have ever had! Beyond helpful and knowledgeable, Flavio knows how to treat you right and make a basic meal SPECTACULAR!

Heard great things about Burton’s so I decided to go in today for lunch. Got a lobster roll. Fries and cole slaw were good but the lobster roll was not. I’m don’t know if they don’t label their prep but the lobster was mushy and tasted spoiled. Was quite disappointed
