Casa Vieja Mexican Grill (Tequila bar)

Was looking forward to trying this place, the food looked really good. We were seated and served chips and salsa right away, but then waited 30 minutes and nobody came to take an order, not even drinks. We got tired of waiting and got up and left. Free chips and salsa at least.

This is one of my favorite local Mexican restaurants. The food always tastes so fresh, it’s beautifully seasoned and flavorful every time. The portions are also very generous which is a plus! They have great Vegetarian options as well. Their salsa is so fresh and tasty, it’s the best salsa I’ve ever had at any Mexican restaurant. It’s very authentic. I will definitely keep coming back!

This place will become our go-to Mexican restaurant. It was excellent! It’s now my favorite salsa. The guacamole was delicious as was our meals. I got the Sincronizada which was on the vegetarian menu. It’s like a veggie quesadilla that came with rice and I got a side of beans. My husband got the Acapulco Bahia. So many choices! I think we chose well because they are dishes that we’d certainly get again. Due to eating so many chips, we had lots of leftovers. Tear yourself away from your mediocre Mexican places & give this one a try. You won’t be disappointed & the service was excellent!! We even bought some salsa to bring home. Also very reasonably priced. Highly recommended!!

The place is beautiful inside, can sit many. Our waiter was attentive from the beginning to the end. The portions are big, I could not finish the chicken fajita, that meat tasted so good. Great price for a night out for two 🫰🏼

The good 👎 i got sick the flavor was bad

I tried this place a couple months ago, wasn’t that great but thought maybe an off day after reading reviews. Still a no from me, food is very bland. Got a chicken quesadilla, large chunks of unseasoned chicken and the cheese sauce has the texture of water. The refried beans were OK. Also got tortilla soup, it was fine, still not great but not the worst one I’ve had.
