Fries r always crispy for some reason. Never had a bad experience with the fries ever, in fact i'm always pleasantly suprised because they're always crispy.
Don't expect it to look like the picture, yes I know the majority doesn't look like their picture, but they use the same steak you buy frozen at the supermarket, Steak ums. Very disappointing that a sub cost me $17, didn't taste good and when I got home, I googled the company and found this isn't how their subs are meant to be made. Live and learn, but never again

I think a decent place. Was glad to get in my craving for a cheese steak sandwich. The ones here won't be confused with Philadelphia ones. Then again those are found only one place. Friendly and efficient staff here. I was glad to get this in, as every once in awhile, you have to get a tasty meal.It's a clean location. Just like all of them, in a mall. I hope they eventually move to stand-alone. They seem to be getting more popular. I do wish the bread used was more tasty. Yet the ingredients inside are. They give you decent portions. That alone helps when you have the munchies.

Had the chicken-philly - tasted great and had high quality chicken. The roll also tasted great. Why no 5 star review…the fries were soggy/undercooked. I would go back and just skip the fries.

I love Charleys! I always get the grilled chicken steak and cheese with the fries. Can't go wrong eating here. Food is fresh made right in front of you.

This place is absolutely terrible. The steak and cheese was lauded with fatty gristle, had zero flavor- tasted like a piece of bread on a sub roll. And btw their “large” is the size of a register everywhere else. Tartness. And the chicken sub came with no veggies- even tho we requested it loaded- just cheese and some Mayo. Very bland. Absolute waste of money- save your money, go to almost any other sub shop, there’s plenty of good ones around. This place is a total rip off.

Worst expirence ever.. i have never been treated so poorly before by a manager in my life.. 4,19,2021.. I ordered a steak and cheese sub with fries, and the manager put my sub roll through the toaster And i very politely told him I do not wish to have my roll toasted due to very sensitive teeth. He then started screaming at me saying we toast all rolls and basically to bad.. I proceeded to explain to him that I have very sensitive teeth and could not eat the bread that has been toasted because of the hardness, he still started to scream and get loud with me and didn't care about my situation..I felt really bad for the two woman working with him they seemed on edge and almost scared of this manager and his bad attitude... I have never been treated so bad in my life by a manager screaming at me because I didn't want my bread toasted. Very unprofessional.. will never be back here..
