I used to like Chen Lang Li, but my last two visits ( months apart) we're not enjoyable. The waitress was miffed and gave me a look when I asked for some more Chips to go with chicken chow mean, on returning with chips on small plate she said " you can share with your friends" ; tge chicken chicken mein tasted off, however one of my friends and I did not say anything until tge cgeck cane, tge hist explaine he cannot do anything and no one else complained. I hardly ate mine at all, so it was left with the discount coupon I brought which was not honored because of split checks the waitress said. I understand that I had not complained until end of meal. In good faith I feel the host should have done not a refund but a small comp. I will not go back to this restaurant.

Waiter/Mattress d' Joe is just a joy, the rest of the wait staff are impeccable. Never had a bad dish come out of the kitchen. They've even made a dish, Ma Po Tofo, for me that cane out perfect but isn't on their menu. Thank you Chen Yeng Li for a stellar performance!

I called tonight to place an order for over $100 as I have many times. When a man the says he was the manager on called me back he stated that the card number didn’t work. I first asked to make sure that it had been run through the machine already and then I was going to verify the numbers were matching but before I could do that I was yelled over repeatedly. I told the man that since he was being so mean and rude that I will be taking my business and all future business somewhere else. He said my order was cancelled and hung up on me. I’ve tried to call back several times to get a name in order to report this horrible customer service to the owner to which I was then hung up multiple times again. I am in this industry and this behavior should never happen! It’s really sad that you’ve lost our business considering we have such a large family and this was our place for delivery. Hopefully your management can work on their customer service skills before you lose anymore customers!

On the east coast for a visit and while up in the granite state and I figured I'd try this old "regular neighborhood" Chinese place for lunch. When I lived in the area, would stop by once in awhile and while it was "OK" it was never spectacular or even noteworthy. Usually just a place to stop for some American style Chinese food and some nondescript sushi. I guess today was no exception. The typical Chinese specials were if I remember, around $11.00 .Probably overpriced but since I don't live around here, can't really Judge. The sushi lunch specials selection was pretty paltry, so I passed on that and ordered steamed tofu and vegetables for my meal. Got a small bowl of wonton soup, which at least was hot. The fried rice was certainly not like I'm used to from the authentic places on the west coast and Nevada. The rice looked liked it was soaked in soy sauce , but was still pretty tasteless. The tofu looked like it was "raw" not steamed and the veggies were a decent amount of broccoli and snow peas with three (count 'em) slices of mushrooms. The dish was not served in a sauce, but rather with a small ramekin of a soy mixture on the side. Maybe I should have read the menu more carefully but I guess I was expecting a different style of prep and presentation. I mean it was Ok, but thats all I could say about it, just Ok. Service was decent. The female server (number 8) was friendly. Didn't bother to ask about a military discount. Will I be back? Probably not unless I'm really strapped for lunch.

I love this place! The drinks are very good and strong and the sushi is extremely fresh, the staff is always friendly and you get seated pretty fast. I highly recommend this place, it's always super tasty!

This was one of my favorites forever...until today. The food was overly sweet and instead of brown rice I got fried rice (it was terrible- cubed carrots and peas) Then there was the duck sauce...I don't think it was duck sauce, not sure what it was - more red then the usual color. I was so looking forward to this food, it is not often I get there. I will try again. I am hoping it was a fluke.

The waitress was pleasant. The food excellent and good portions. I visit this place now and then and the food always satisfies. And they serve brown rice if you want it! Yay!

Online ordering allows for instructions regarding the order. Instructions were written, but totally disregarded. Why make customers spend the time asking for simple adjustments to a dish if those instructions are going to be ignored? This order was also lukewarm and not great tasting because of that. Other items could have been ordered if it was known ahead of time that accommodations could not be made. This place used to be good 5 or 6 years ago.

Never eaten in here, just gotten delivery. I like that you can order online directly from their website. They've never gotten my order wrong, and the food always arrives in short order, piping hot. Standard Chinese faire, though I wish they had chow fun. The ingredients are fresh and cooked correctly, unlike many other similar establishments in the area that overcook until broccoli is yellow and beef is shoe leather. Lunch specials are a good value for the amount of food received, mum and I can split one and both be full.

We love this place, we love the food, it's always delicious!! However, the service can really make you leave with that feeling, "why did I spend all this money to be treated poorly?" We sat at the bar on 6/4 and the 50 plus year old something bartender was the least bit friendly, bad day perhaps? Bad day or not remember that people are paying good money to eat and drink at your bar. I honestly don't think she cracked a smile the entire time we were there. She could not be bothered. In fact two ladies sat down and said hi to her and she didn't say hi back. I mean I expect this from a younger person but not someone who should know better. It really killed me to tip her it really did. It was rather uncomfortable and honestly if we go back and she's the bartender, we will take our business elsewhere, not worth it to try to go out and have a good time and be made to feel uncomfortable because of the need for an attitude adjustment. Again, food is delicious.

Very unfortunate to experience the steep decline in the quality of food. This was always a go to place for us and the last 2 times we have ordered was very disappointing. Rice was old, Orange Chicken was all fried batter and chicken was unnoticeable , sesame beef (ordered sesame shrimp) was extremely fatty and the chow mien had a very odd sour taste to it. I write this in hopes that ownership takes notice but seeing other recent reviews I am not sure that will be the case. I always give the benefit of the doubt but this second bad experience which was also for my daughters birthday will not be bringing us back anytime soon.
