I was with a party of five, four of us had something we didn't like about our meals, I can only speak to mine. I got a burger, for the most part it was ok but the bun was stale or something, with every bite I took the rest of the bun broke apart, I had a difficult time eating it as it was all falling apart and making a mess, I almost had to put it down and eat it with a fork. We got an appetizer that had chicken strips and mozzarella straps (and something else I didn't care for) and those were awesome.
The wait staff was also awesome, we were not left waiting for anything as they were very attentive to our needs, even though the place was full.

Kid-friendliness: We brought our kids out for lunch and they loved it. The server was great and brought out the food super fast for the kids. Very friendly staff and good food.

Food got to my house ice cold , the smash burger i got wasn't even cooked. It was completely raw hamburger. This is the 3rd time I had a problem with this place.
Check on your cooks before you send food out . Could not eat it at all wtf! Will be call the board of health tomorrow.

Cajun shrimp pasta? Chips with ranch? Big glass of strawberry lemonade? A lovely reminder of our periodic trips to Chili’s growing up. So great. Love the vibes.

It is the worst Chili's since the food is disgustingly cold, I ordered a potato soup and it seems like they cooked it the day before and to top it all off when I asked to speak to the Manager about my situation the person told me that he was dealing with something in those moments.. ??♀️ 0/10
Would come here often to get the bottomless soup and salad lunch special, but they got rid of that with the menu update. The standard soup and salad lunch I didn't receive my chips and salsa and barely any soup in the bowl, just a bunch of toppings. Also, the ranch looked like it was old or expired that came with my salad because it was thick and wasn't the usually thin, runny ranch I get at other locations. Overall, I'm disappointed they changed the menu and alienated a part of their customer base that went their for the value.
