I was the first customer of the day. I arrived promptly at 10:45. The dining hall had not been cleaned from the night before and the overall state of the facility was dirty. There was trash on the floor still and dirt throughout. It was clearly evident that no Pride is taken in maintaining this facility.

Ordered DoorDash with them, ordered steak but was given pork. As someone who doesn’t eat pork for religious reasons this is outrageous. I understand mistakes happen but completely different meats? Had to toss it

? This is definitely special. They didn't cut the lettuce very well, there isn't cilantro in the rice, the guacamole wasn't mashed all the way and I found large chunks. The special drinks were out and very unclean. AND the working servicing customers was so unenthusiastic. She gave the smallest portions I've genuinely ever seen at a Chipotle. This is a new time low guys. AND EVERYTHING IS COLD. Including the stuff kept hot. Very cold.

Worst chipotle in the world. They are ALWAYS out of everything and give you the smallest amounts of whatever you ask for as if it’s coming out of their paycheck.

I’ve been sick the past couple of days so I went in today just to get some rice and cheese. I asked for two bowls with just rice and cheese they were running out of rice so they just put what they had left and tried to leave it at that. When I asked for more they said it would be a couple of minutes which i was fine with but the girl that was on the topping side got clearly annoyed went out back and grabbed a batch of rice. Now come to find out it’s unseasoned bland rice. I have had multiple bad experiences here including them charging me for an entire bowl even though i just got rice and cheese. This is by far the worst chipotle I’ve been too and I don’t understand how they continue to get worse every time. If you’re planning to go to this location you’re better off driving the extra 10 minutes to the south nashua location.

We left because it was dirty from the entrance to the ordering line and once we saw the food bar was dirty we decided today might not have been their best day. They can and should do better with simple cleanliness protocols.

The avocado was hard and tasted bad. They charged me $4 for it, and the portion was really small for $13, I’d rather go to Market Basket.

The food was alright. I've had better recently. I got a burrito bowl. The ingredients were fresh. The people could be nicer due to the fact that the corona wall is pretty high and alot of us cant speak over it. Otherwise a nice place for lunch or whatever. The seating was hard and kind of uncomfortable.

One person working the line while the rest socialize in the back. Everyone seems to be in slow motion. Food is cold by the time someone can ring you up. Dirty dining area had to ask for forks. Not the normal chipotle experience here.

When we entered the place, the workers looked frustrated , showing the lack of customer appreciation & satisfaction. The place in general has a poor atmosphere and looks run down, the bathrooms were disgusting and not hygienic.

By far the largest issue is when I got my rice, and protein. I finally chose my sauce but before I could pick toppings, they started boxing up my bowl in a hurry and completely skipped my toppings.

Very dissatisfied and disappointed, do not go here.

Just ordered from here through Uber Eats. I’ve had hundreds of burrito bowls from Chipotle and this was without question the smallest portion I have ever received. There was also no tamper proof sticker or seal of any kind on the bag. I would recommend avoiding this location.

I came in with my boyfriend a few days ago and ordered a Sofritas (vegetarian) burrito. I didn't finish it so I wrapped it up to eat the next day. I felt sick the whole day after and when I went to microwave it, I cut it up and realized there are big chunks of beef in it!! I've been vegetarian for 14 years and my stomach was not happy with me. I tried to call the restaurant but couldn't get through to a human, so I sent a message on the website. I got an email back saying they were sorry and that they'll make sure it doesn't happen again. I replied saying I appreciated the apology but that it wasn't enough, and I should get refunded for the order that was made incorrectly and caused me to feel sick and I haven't gotten a reply back 😤
