My friends and I got takeout from this Chipotle, and every single one of us regrets it. We arrived at my house with our food only to find that the chips were way over done (to the point that they smelled and tasted like burnt popcorn and were pretty much inedible), and the chicken and rice in the burritos and bowls were extremely burnt. The rice was practically charred crunchy lumps, and the chicken wasn't much better.
One of my friends went back to the restaurant with a receipt to exchange our bag of chips because we had all been looking forward to having chips and queso. Long story short, this Chipotle has a sorry excuse for customer service (not saying all employees are rude, but the ones there at the time sure were).
My friends and I are never going here again. It's a waste of time and money. I'd rather drive 20 minutes further to a different Chipotle to get quality food that doesn't taste like crap and with customer service that actually knows what customer service is.

I’ve gone to this location three times in the past month two times I walked out because the quality of the food they were serving looked disgusting everything was overcooked and dried out. I asked the employees to replace with new and they refused today. I went to check again I bought two meals, although the food was in better condition than I previously saw. It was still overcooked and pretty dry. the staff could care less as well. This location needs better management and quality control.

The chicken was sooo dry here. This is the second time I have come here where the chicken was like jerky! The portions are also small and the place isn't kept very clean. I will keep coming back because I'm a loyal chipotle fan and this is the closest one to me. Please someone work on your chicken!!! The chicken is usually tasty and moist.

Honestly the most disgusting fast food place I have ever seen. I used to like Chiptole, but this is just sad. Garbage on the floor, dirty windows, overfilled trash, empty hot sauce bottles, tables were disgusting. Yet there were still a lot of people eating there with no problem.. save yourself the headache and go to Qdoba at the Merrimack outlets if your craving burritos. They have free guac and queso there and a lot more filling options without being a pig sty.

The food and service were OK but the place needs a deep cleaning, there is dust submerged in grease on the windows that can be scraped with a putty knife. All of the trash cans (6 of them) are overflowing. The doors are covered with hand prints.

We need to wait to order food. I don’t understand why we were asked to wait for ordering even though we were free. The table where the food is made is a bit dirty. The floor and tabletop in the store are not clean. It looks quite messy. I have eaten at two Chipotles in New York. This one provides very little white rice, the barbecue beef is very salty, and very little white sauce. You get less meals for the same price, and the taste of the white sauce is also different. It's very bland, and even the taste of the drink has a lot of water added. The whole taste tastes bad, like eating thick cardboard. The one in New York is better. It's because I miss Chipotle in New York that I want to try it again before leaving the United States. I tried it once and was disappointed. I don't recommend coming here, but you can go to other branches.

Been coming here for years, unfortunately it’s now the worst ever.
Recently Chipotle also cited the cost of ensuring it was providing “consistent and generous portions” to its customers. Former Chairman and CEO Brian Niccol said in July that Chipotle was retraining workers at approximately 10% of Chipotle’s stores after customers complained on social media that they were getting smaller portions.
I went here back to back days and had the most insanely small portions of good it’s beyond belief. Like it was comical. I find it humorous this happens after j heard this.
Place is always dirty they’re always out of food and I literally got 1/3 portion sizes.
I don’t mind small tears in my burrito, it’s normal and happens from time to time. But this is unacceptable. Rice, steak, sour cream, guac, cheese, and pico. Didn’t double anything

Completely unprofessional. I came here with my two sons, what a unprofessional work environment. The man who takes your order treats you like a child, and treats the one women who tries to work like garbage. He continued to throw garbage on the floor without a regard for the cleanliness of the environment. He slacks off and acts like a complete jerk. I have no clue how these men where able to get a job here. The only person taking there job seriously was the nice women in the back. And the cashier. I was hoping to give them the benefit of this horrible service by just leaving but wow do I have to say if you care at all about being respected do not ever come here. I hope they see this to realize that unless they change the way they act they will always be seen as complete irresponsible people.

This location totally skimped on portions tonight, to the point of being unacceptable. Barely any guacamole with the chips and guac orders. My bowl was extremely light, and my wife's burrito barely had anything in it. I will be avoiding this location for a bit.
Edit: Gave this place one more chance. They skimped again. My wife and I were ordering from this location 1-2 times a week. We're done permanently. You can not charge as much as you do, and completely skimp on portions.

The staff making the bowls and cooking the chips was so unhappy and rude. Slopping food bits everywhere and he didn't treat his team members nice either even though the one at the register put on glives to help him and he told him no. The young man at the register howeverv was very pleasant and personable. What a shame one miserable person can wreck a company.

Update: order a second time thinking hey let’s try it again. This time the order is wrong. Instead of barbacoa they mistakenly gave me chicken. To top it off, there are only 4 pieces of chicken in it.
