Bad service, skimpy on everything. Didn't have tomatoes or dressing and was overcharged for entire meal.

They have a disrespectful accountant who speaks inappropriately to the customer, looks at him aggressively, wears glasses, has a problem, says inappropriate words, and speaks in an inappropriate manner. I was there at 4:45.

Consistently good food, quick. Customize what you want. Reasonable prices.

This location is disgusting. Food everywhere on the floor, Tables were all gross. Windows looked like hadn't been cleaned in months. Fountain drink area a total disaster and gross. Guy who served us had long hair and hadn't showered in days. Manager of this location should be ashamed

I attempted to order online but discovered that the pickup option was not available. Confused by this I called Chipotle to try to resolve the issue but when the employee answered the phone I could barely hear him speak. I mentioned the issue I was having and asked if he knew why but all he said was a monotone, "No." I then asked if there was anybody else I could talk to and the same monotone "No" was his response. I've never had such a lackluster and rude customer service experience and I want everyone to know how lazy and unfulfilling their experience will be if they choose to order from here. My honest thought on this experience is that the pickup option was deliberately removed so that "Mr. No" can sit and do nothing while collecting a paycheck. It's an easy job to work when you create a restaurant experience that nobody wants to a part of. I decided not to go here and recommend that you do not as well. 0/10 Don't go here, I think the positive reviews are AI generated and paid for to keep this atrocious business open. I heavily advise you to try the location on Amherst instead. The food was great and so was the service.

I generally have a good experience here, but one of your disgruntled employees at this location lack customer service and was very very limiting on the toppings. This was not during prime time, and there was no line and or other customers besides me, employee only sprinkle toppings with two fingers very very disappointing experience and lack for the better word ripped off with the increase in pricing.

The rice here is never fully cooked. 3 times in a row I’ve come here and the rice is crunchy. Employees making the orders and at the register were fine but good lord cook the rice all the way through.

Dirty floors , dirty cabinets just plain filthy

I’ve been going to chipotle in different towns, states and cities. This location decided to give me a portion for a toddler. Half a spoon of rice, a pinch of cheese, stale beans. I’m absolutely disgusted. I don’t think I’ll be returning to ANY chipotle. My friends and I, and our girlfriends will take our business to the NEW place opening up down the street. Waste of money, disgusting customer service.

The employees are always super friendly they all seem to enjoy their job. They seem to work great as a team yet they stay very professional. For a quick bite and something somewhat healthy Chipotle is a great option and the prices are fantastic you can even get one of those glass bottled Coca-Cola's from Mexico. When I order online my bag always has the correct items in it and the receipt is very accurate. They keep dining area clean as well as the bathrooms. Theres planning parking you just have to be careful when pulling in and out of there due to the numerous businesses nearby people are coming and going constantly.
