The last 4 years this Chipotle has struggled to operate as normal, every time I go there they are missing ingredients, somethings broken, or they don’t have enough people. If you want excuses and disappointment, make your way to this Chipotle. ***Never experienced it like this at others.

Jay was amazing he had amazing customer service I’ve worked in hiring for a large restaurant and to find someone like him is not always easy. He went above and beyond just in the short time from making my food and cashing me out. The best experience I’ve had at a chipotle in a long time. Jay definitely deserves some recognition for being that difference!!

I usually enjoy Chipotle, but my recent visit was frustrating. The service was noticeably poor — staff seemed uninterested and even gave a grim look when I politely asked for extra toppings. Despite paying a premium, the portions were underwhelming: barely any chicken, and the guac was a tiny scoop that didn’t justify the cost.

Even when I asked for more, it felt like I was inconveniencing them. For the price we pay, the quality and quantity should be much better. I hope management takes note and improves both the service attitude and portion sizes.

I want to give a huge shoutout to the Chipotle team in Nashua, NH for completely turning my day around! After a very disappointing experience at the Burlington, MA location, I called ahead to make sure Nashua had everything I needed for my veggie salad. The team not only had everything in stock, but the general manager went above and beyond to make my order to perfection.

The restaurant was spotless, the staff was friendly and welcoming, and the service was outstanding. It was such a relief to walk into a location that clearly takes pride in cleanliness, quality, and customer care.

My daughter is addicted to this place. I think the food's pretty good but not unbelievable. I personally think the price for guacamole for the little amount they give you is overpriced. You probably won't be disappointed, but it's not memorable either.

My hopes weren't high when I came to this location due to the low star ratings. But I was pleasantly surprised when I walked into a clean inviting environment. My food was prepared well and was given a good amount of toppings. When I asked for extra, I was given it without hesitation. All of the employees I interacted with were pleasant and accommodating.
Maybe I got them on a good day, but I really enjoyed my visit to this location.

I have had on and off experience at chipotle before but when I went into this location on Thursday afternoon the place was not busy and servers were attentive and served generous portion. The music and enough seating tables made our trip to chipotle worth it!

Not sure what happened but the service has gone so bad. There is Cross contamination and lack of hygiene all the time. We have found meat 3 times in sofrita bowl. The portions have gone to almost half.
