Staff was completely rude. When asked for extra staff ignored our request wrapped up our food. When we went to eat the meat was hard and the chips were very stale. Will not be going back.

Had to wait for them to refill the fountain drink area. They didn't complete it. But cleaned the tables first and forgot to refill the fountain station. After I ate my son and I received the money back for the drinks. Service was poor. They weren't going to refund me. They said they'll fill it and to be patient. I then asked for the manager. He then refunded me.

Almost all the tables were dirty and unclean…. Bathrooms were kind of gross.Employees are not listening to customers….No fresh jalapeños ? No Cilantro ?No Jalapeño Sauce?Will never return to this location again. It’s a hard pass.

this place is always closed for stupid and annoying reasons. I was hungry one day and was wanting chipotle and they were closed for plumbing reasons even though there were a couple eating INSIDE THE RESTAURANT! I am very mad and when i knocked on the door an employee flipped me off! i will never be going back to ANY chipotle in my future. Very disappointed in you guys.
