Pretty dry crust, but great service. Very nice people

Being charged $42 for $10 rate food. Told 35-40 mins wait, clearly the fried food was cooked at the beginning and then put into styrofoam containers so not only just lukewarm, but also mush.

I've driven by here so many times. Stopped in for the first time last week. I really enjoyed it. I had a steak and cheese sub with salami and hot ham. It was really good. I'll be back for more of the same.

I have gotten food from here a handful of times since 2019 and will continue to do so. This place has a great lunch special. The subs I have gotten have all been good. As far as pizza, I like the sauce, which is not as sweet as others. I like the toppings, which have always been fresh and nicely proportioned. I am deducting a star for the mozzarella, I would recommend the shop test out some other brands of cheese. I think better cheese would really take the pizza to the next level.

An honestly unsuspecting yet very high quality establishment. All of the food is well marinated and cooked perfectly. You can definitely tell that they care about what goes out the door.

I’m sorry to say this guys. But the past three times I have gotten food from you guys, including the meal I just had. I can’t eat there anymore. Rice was a mushy pile, and so much of it that I could never eat all of it. The chicken fingers didn’t taste like anything, it was strange, and the pizza my dad got, I really don’t know how to say this, but the sauce tasted like really stale water? I hope you guys can bounce back with some good food soon. But yea, kinda bummed the past few times I went there, just no flavor. Sorry for the negative review. I just want you all to do well.

I have been coming here since 1983. I ordered my usual foot long steak bomb with lettuce, tomatoes hots and mayo.Today I decided to eat half and take the rest home, so they wrapped it for me when the dropped it off. I ate the first half and decided to eat the second half while I was there.to my suprise and great disappointment the second half was mostly lettuce with the steak just covering the top.Needless to say I shall not be back.

Best food and customer service is amazing! I highly recommend! Thank you ciaos for years of great food and service to my family! The best in town. Always good to support the great local businesses in town during this craziness they need us! And they always go above and beyond

Ordered two large pizzas through the app.. Service and delivery was a few minutes before scheduled arrive, which was nice to see. But I have to say both pies lacked flavor. Don't see myself ordering from them again.

The crust fell right apart but the pizza was so good that we didn't care. The homemade sodas were good as well, and they were very nice when we accidentily stayed after close.

I arrived at the time I was told my pizza would be ready to find a front counter employee on the phone and several others hanging out near the back. Cash in hand, I busied myself with a menu in hope that the phone call would be finished or another employee would assist me shortly. A minute later, I resigned myself to taking a seat at one of the tables and gave them the benefit of the doubt that their failure to even acknowledge me was because they somehow knew I was the one picking up the pizza that was in the oven. After the pizza was removed, cut, boxed, tagged and put on top of the oven, I decided it was time to speak up. I said purposely loudly enough to not be ignored, "excuse me, is that my pizza over there?" One of the employees near the back fetched the pizza and rang me with with the usual boilerplate professional parting pleasantries. The pizza was marginally good, but hardly worth that kind of customer service. Thank God there is plenty of competition in this part of the city!

As walk-ins, we were served promptly for our to-go pizza.
