Always pick up beef empanadas when I can!
I tried them out at the Pheasant Lane for lunch a few times, their empanadas are so good! Tonight was the first time I got an entree off of their menu. I got their stewed chicken (pollo guisado) with Spanish rice. The portions are huge and so flavorful! I can’t wait to bring my fiancé here!
