This is not food court food. The food is amazing! Had stewed chicken, Spanish rice, potato salad and sweet plantains. Huge portions. The chicken melts in your mouth. Everything seasoned perfectly, moist, fresh and inexpensive. They're much higher quality and taste than food court. Highly recommend and I'm a food snob

I was in the Nashua Mall food court for a Sandwich but my daughter showed me Cibao
And I had Rice with oxtails and it was delicious!!!!

Great place in the food court. Rice, beans, pork, chicken or steak. Empanadas, plantains, and more. I come here almost every Sunday with my family. Spanish food in the mall couldn’t get any better than this. Hits the spot every time.

This place is delicious! There’s always a female working when I go, same lady, and she’s the sweetest. She always has a smile on, portions are good, and the food is great! Definitely the best choice at the mall. Wish I knew about this place when they went in.

Wheelchair accessibility: Can go in through food court entrance and there’s no stairs or curbs to get over.

I drive out of my way for this place. Hands down their stewed chicken is definitely my go to with yellow rice and beans. Don't let the mall food you this place is restaurant material.

I’m always skeptical about eating mall food, but when I saw Cibao I couldn’t help but want to eat the food. I gave it a try and got a combo plate of yellow rice, pernil and macaroni salad and WOW, Food was DELICIOUS, large portions for the price. Very fresh, very flavorful!
