As a native Dominican who lives far from the nearest Dominican restaurant, this is the only Dominican restaurant i’d consider traveling 2.5 hours for! Had an amazing experience with the lovely staff. Brought home plenty of food for the next few days.
Food was delicious. Stewed chicken and rice were flavorful and perfectly cooked. Loved the sweet plantains too. Took a little long for the food but it was worth it.

Gave this restaurant a try to cater for a family event. They did not disappoint! They sat with me weeks prior to the event and customized my order exactly how I wanted it. Fast forward to the day of the event, and everything was ready as promised and delicious as can be! Would highly recommend Cibao Restaurant for everything from a lunch/dinner to having them cater your next event!
