Pretty severely disappointed in this place the last 5 or 6 times I’ve been inside. Between gossiping employees that don’t acknowledge your existence to being randomly closed during business hours to shrinking their food menu to being completely out of literally everything they sell for food…. which is only like 4 things. “We’re actually out of bacon, eggs, cheese, and waffle mix.” I’ve been in twice where someone in line had ordered the chicken salad and they were out on both occasions. The last time I grabbed food from here last week it was their banana muffin. It was Saturday and the muffin was already 4 days old and it was clear it was a box mix. What happened to fresh baked goods? What happened to avocado toast? What happened to the owner actually running the business and caring about it?
This place used to be nice and now it seems like the owner has lost the plot. Why would I (or anyone else) want to go to a place to sit and work or journal or read or literally anything if the choices are… water and coffee. It’s sad this place has gone downhill so quickly in the last 6+ months.

Love this little cafe... the sun streaming through the windows, the plants, and the gorgeous wooden table in the center. Plus all of the staff I've met are wonderful. 5 stars all around :)

Bright and open, yet cozy. Staff was a delight and very accommodating. Plenty of seating inside with a few outdoor tables placed in the sunshine. Highly recommend.

For early afternoon coffee, I stopped by Coffee & Kindness. It seemed like a small establishment with five 2-tops and one 6-top. The interior felt bright and airy, with light woods and cream/off-white tones. The space carried a slightly upscale coffee shop feel, but without the snooty third-wave energy of plastering tasting notes and bean origins everywhere.
I got a large cold brew ($5.50) and a pour over ($6). At the pour over’s price point, I would have expected more than one coffee bean option.
Service came across as cordial, with my pour over brought out to the table. The establishment offered free Wi-Fi; even on a Labor Day afternoon, multiple people set up to work.
Amazing coffee and awesome staff! Highly recommend.

Cute little shop downtown with a few areas to sit. We had the seasonal banana bread flavor as an iced latte and it was so delicious. Not too sweet, and the espresso was good. Can’t wait to come back and try more!

Wanted a 20oz cold brew no ice (this is the only place I’ve gotten one that puts ice in) nowhere on menu did it state there was a $2 plus tax up charge for no ice. The last time I went I did not get charged an additional charge for asking for no ice. Very confused at this discrepancy. I would recommend putting it in menu so no one is confused or be consistent with not up charging people. Thank you!
