They were out of a number of ice creams, a number of candies, the milkshake machine was broken, and after a customer left because 2 out of 3 "signature" sundaes couldn't be created it turned in to a loud hangout place for the employees and half a dozen of their friends. I was hoping for a neat experience with my kiddo. It wasn't and we won't be back.

I don't think I've written any negative reviews as of yet, but this deserved one. Sorely disappointed. Went there yesterday hoping for my favorite winter flavors and the staff were flat and unapologetic that they were not selling it this year while also being out of 5 flavors. I wasn't getting a shake so I didn't care that the machine was out. But I didn't feel welcomed or wanted, it was almost a burden to speak to us. Our family went somewhere else and once again the staff didn't care or apologize. Typically we are a fan but will not be returning to this location anytime soon.

This place has gone way down hill. No chocolate ice creams, no vanilla, no banana ice cream, no chocolate chips.kids working there said they have been out for a while and they didn’t know why. There were six of us. We went to friendlys instead.

NO Hot Fudge. I get the fact that "Cold Stone:" is working from a "cold" angle. I also get that their ice cream is really fabulous. (I used to buy their ice cream when I was in college, along Commonwealth Avenue, Boston, Mass. They were the very 1st ice cream place to serve the flavour -"Sweet Cream". It was smooth, creamy and delightful!) I recently visited this location and while my ice cream was super yummy, I was very disappointed that the ice cream toppings are all served - cold. I only wish the Hot Fudge was actually - HOT.
prices are high but the quality is too. I found the ice cream a bit too sweet but some will appreciate it.

I was in the store yesterday. I have been to the one in Buringtong, MA, Framingham, MA, this one in Nashua and the one in Millbury, MA. The one in Millbury is the best. I was amazed that the same franchise could deliver such different quality of products and services.

On the website it says it closes at 10, tried going there at 9 15 and the doors were locked up already. Very disappointing. Make sure you have current information posted! Happened to us twice by the way!

I really don't get the concept and why it's better than an old-fashioned ice cream place. The outside furniture was already put away leaving no place to sit. Nothing bad about the place-just not that special.
