The Comfort Kitchen & Bar is a my family’s go to spot for great food in a relaxed and comfortable environment. The decor is cozy and filled with memorabilia that celebrates the unique history of the hill towns. The staff is friendly and fun in a manner reminiscent of Cheers. The owner, Mike, is often present helping to serve and making sure his customers are enjoying their dining experience. I can’t recommend this place highly enough. The food is the some of the best in Western Ma at a price that won’t break the bank.

We met friends for lunch, 3 of us ordered off the specials board. Posted $13.99, but our waitress informed us that what we ordered one chicken pot pie and two shepherd's pie were $2 more than posted. New Owner. OK, we agreed to pay the increase. The meals were very good, home cooking and amble servings. Including 20% tip, lunch for 2 came to $48. A Downhill Menu, next time we will stick with a burger.

No food operator license as far as I can tell. Food tastes like it has been reheated in a microwave.Save your time and go to a restaurant with a physical location that's open.

Excellent dinner and great service. We had the special which was grilled salmon and shrimp on veggie risotto, and the chicken pot pie. Both were really delicious. Best risotto I ever had!

Having been recommended by cousins, locals, we were finally in the area, tried it, liked it. Apparently a local favorite. food was good and filling, although could have been a little hotter. Was a bit busy. Would probably get extra points if hash was homemade (my opinion).
