Overall have had a excellent experiences at crumble. However just got the Oreo cheesecake cookie this week8/2/24. It did not taste anything like Oreo or cheesecake. We ended up throwing them away they were so bad. Likely just a bad batch as every video I’ve seen of others look completely different
The strawberry milkshake cookies were fantastic(no pictures of these as they did not last 10 seconds once the box was opened). Not deterring us from coming back but wanted to make sure the issue was known!

This place is perfect. I typically grab a cookie to go with California Burrito or Oakcraft Pizza, which are in the same plaza (not a bad dinner/dessert combo), and not only are the cookies delicious, but what really makes Crumbl stand out are the people. They’re always super friendly, professional, and enthusiastic. Highly recommended.
