Ordered a pizza online , showed up on time , I live on the 6th floor of an apartment building, the driver came up to my door with no pizza bag , just the box and my sauce .
All I had was a $50 , I apologized , she told they only carry $20 in change. I have seen drivers from that store before carrying about $150 in there pockets , so she took the pizza back told she will call the store then let me know what the manager says . Exceedingly rude staff and unprofessional.
Asked for owner information and was told to Google it.
Cold and burned food.
I placed an order and for over an hr it never moved off prep once. After 45 mins i tried to call and just went into a loop and for 15 mins nobody picked up. In the mean time i went there not one worker came to counter to check on customers and never picked up a phone at all which was ringing.
