They could keep on cleaning the place when there is no one get service but they keep on talking or going out side smoking instead of cleaning the trash out and making coffee when they are out instead having people walking out

We went through drive-through the person that was working didn’t even greet us until we said hello. Waited for our food about 10 minutes at the window didn’t even say we’ll be with your food out shortly after we drove away and we were almost home. We noticed that our food was wrong. We paid for extra Protein and whatever sandwiches and it was never added so we had a turnaround come back and there was only one worker just very unprofessional, slow and inconvenient.

ordered a hot latte and a hashbrown through doordash. for some reason doordash sends me to this god awful store even though i live in hudson. they gave me someone elses coffee in my bag. paid extra money to get it redelivered and they instead of making me a new coffee its clear that they gave me the same coffee that was probably sitting there from when they put someone elses coffee in my bag, because it was cold when it got here. coffee tasted good but im annoyed that i had to pay extra money to get a cold latte

No table; but that’s what makes this worse; understaffed, overwhelmed, and easily the worst dunks around, they probably need new management, and new staff, getting my order taken in the drive through to then being sat at that window for over 25-35min is insane, especially by dunks standards

Deserves zero stars has been horrible. Was good a few years back when filled with Hispanic ladies. Now there’s workers nodding by the side entrance and not from being tired 💉. Mostly guys always joking around or standing around. Smh 20 min waits for a basic coffee. They need new ownership or management.

I waited at the window for a while for my food. I got to work excited for my wake up wraps and loaded hashbrowns. I was sorely disappointed. For how long I had to wait for my food I expected it to be perfect. It was far from it. My Chipotle loaded hash browns has a single piece of bacon. No, not a strip, but one piece of broken bacon the the top, barely big enough to fill a cavity. To add to that, there was no Chipotle sauce, it was just cheese, which is not what I asked for. That brings us to my wake up wraps. I order 2 Chipotle hashbrown wake up wraps (can you tell I like hashbrowns?). They look like they were quite literally thrown together. One of them the hashbrowns weren't even IN the wrap. Furthermore, there was no Chipotle sauce in either of them, just cheese. If they didn't have the sauce, fine say so and I would have gotten something else. But these are on the more expensive end of the wake up wraps so to not get what I paid for is wild. The tortilla itself is hard and falling apart, so eating these without making a mess (which is what you want when eating a wrap) is impossible. This Dunkin's is the ONLY one on my way to work. They are more expensive than others in the area due to the Main St location, and convenience which I hadn't been an issue before, but in this last year or so, this Dunkin's has become the worst in the area. I usually don't leave reviews, negative or positive, but I spent $17 for this inedible, unpalatable rubbish this Dunks is trying to pass off as food.

The service was terrible, the workers were messing around and complaining, they were making orders wrong left and right. The trash can was in the middle of the floor waiting to have a worker out a trash bag in. None of the customers had anywhere to put their trash. The workers lied to my sister and said they weren’t doing pumpkin spice anymore but made a pumpkin spice coffee to a customer in the drive through that didn’t even order it. I do not recommend this location at all. My coffee was disgusting, my bacon was soggy and sticky and my avocado toast tasted terrible.

Food is on par with any other Dunkin'. Service is polite and pleasant. However order accuracy is often lacking, and lines are usually excruciating at the times I go. I wish they would properly staff this location, because it must be hell working there.

Most workers there stood around doing nothing. The coffee was burnt. Do they even know to throw out the older coffee instead of using it? Worst Dunkin's ever and I've been going for 30+ years to dunks. Need someone to teach these children to work and stay OFF their phones
