The employees at this Dunkins was very kind and caring to every customer and It was just in unbelievable the amount of caring for the people who they are working together as a team with and as guest all different kinds of people you ladies are a wonderful team please continue to be a great person and teammates 🙏💪

I came to this dunkins a few days ago and I was extremely dissatisfied. There were 2 women working one heavier set with red hair the other was a smaller woman with black hair and a tattoo on her neck. It was fairly busy when I came in the red haired woman was at the register taking orders and making coffee, while the other sat on her phone by the time I finally get to order, it took a while seeing as there was only one employee actually working I asked to order a $6 meal deal and get told I cannot because the oven were off, it was only 530pm. The woman at the register apologized repeatedly for the inconvenience and offered to turn them back on but when she turned for help from the other woman she walked over to the coffees made ONE then continued on her phone, so I told her it wasn't an issue I also didnt want to hold up her line any longer She handled the whole situation very well if it were me I would have walked out. The woman at the register took care of everyone in line fairly quickly while the other employee sat on her phone and didn't move a muscle to help its so disappointing someone can so blatantly ignore customers and her fellow employees and still have a job and I sincerely hope somethings done about her

I come in just about every morning on my way to work just to get a plain bagel with cream cheese. I recently started doing mobile orders so I don't have to wait as long. The app for the most part works great. Everyone on the team is always very nice and I never have an issue. It may seem small to some people but going to grab a bagel makes my day and I get points and rewards on the app. Shout out to Daija she rocks

I want to give a big KUDOs to the morning crew at Dunkin'I was walking into work, the cup became so hot I couldn't hold it any longer and dropped it....I'm thinking there goes my day.I decided to call and explained what happened, I said I know this is a crazy question, but are you able to replace my coffee...person on the phone said sure, when will you be coming.They replaced it no problem, GREAT GREAT crew at this location. I'm a housing manager and things can be very very challenging.THEY MADE MY DAY. Please get my message to the crew at this location.
