I want to give a big KUDOs to the morning crew at Dunkin'I was walking into work, the cup became so hot I couldn't hold it any longer and dropped it....I'm thinking there goes my day.I decided to call and explained what happened, I said I know this is a crazy question, but are you able to replace my coffee...person on the phone said sure, when will you be coming.They replaced it no problem, GREAT GREAT crew at this location. I'm a housing manager and things can be very very challenging.THEY MADE MY DAY. Please get my message to the crew at this location.

The SLOWEST drive through experience I’ve ever had with only 1 car in front of me. Then I get to the window and not a word from the employee either. Awful experience. Inside wasn’t busy either.

2:00 in the afternoon on a Monday and the walk in service was closed so I walked to the drive thru and they wouldn't serve me because I wasn't in a vehicle. I offered a woman in a car to pay for her order if she got me a coffee and she did. I don't know who you were but I thank you again.

Look, if you are going to post signs saying 'This is the price for a donut / munchkins / whatever', you should at least CHARGE that price when the customer goes to pay. Last several years the prices have never EVER matched the signs. They will not fix it, corporate doesn't care. I am done with this Dunkin'.

Staff is excellent handling huge workloads - the environment is pedal to-the-metal and as a result less personable. All orders I've placed were perfect. However all app orders I placed weren't started until after I arrived.

Constantly mess up simple coffees. Then when ask to remake or have someone else make the coffee the manager calls you rude. Apparently it's rude to want your coffee made correctly. I'll tell you what though. I certainly become rude when you call me that because i ask for someone else to make my $5 coffee correctly. I reccomend the Dunks at the Shell in this area. You won't get a rude manager calling you things for asking to get your coffee remade but what does one expect from a young inexperienced manager.

I was raised in Nashua, NH. All my life there has ALWAYS been a Dunkin Donuts in this spot. Oh, they've changed it around, but it's still the same horror show. Directly across the street is Railroad Square Park and keep going and you see the Laton Hotel (or what's left of it). This was a flop house for the dregs of humanity. Close by is the old Tavern Hotel, which used to be a brothel. If you suffer depression, DO NOT GO TO THIS DUNKIN. People around here LOOK LIKE THEY NEED TO BE PUT OUT OF THEIR MISERY. The coffee is like syrup, the donuts are old and the atmosphere has already been described. Save your psyche and stay away!!! If you have a lot of paxil, or zoloft take it fifteen minutes before you go there. Also there is HARDLY ANY PARKING. Remember you've been warned.
