I came to this Dunkin yesterday Nov 24th, around 12:30pm. I ordered my husband a black coffee with only sugar. And myself the cookie butter iced coffee. The lady repeated the order to me as cookie butter black with only the cookie butter flavor and black coffee with cream. I corrected the Oder and we pulled forward and paid. My husband coffee was correct but I got the black coffee with cookie butter flavor. I looked and the lady and said this is not what I ordered. She stared at for a second and slammed the window! This place is so rude!!! Horrible customer service. I am here visiting my daughter and told her what happened and she said she should have told me to not go to that Dunkin. They are rude and your order will never be right!

I arrived at this location at 8:38am on Thursday, October 30, 2025. There was another customer in front of me still waiting to have his order taken. There were about 5-6 people working at the time I visited this location. The customer that was in line before me didnt get his order taken until 8:43am. The drive thru line was to the middle of the parking lot and it seemed as though the workers were deliberately ignoring in store customers to crank out drive thru and on the go orders. As a former trainer for Dunks, it was completely unacceptable for the workers to not even acknowledge me or the other customer until I made direct eye contact with the young lady that took our orders. My order was taken at 8:44am. I received my medium hot coffee with 7 caramel and extra cream at 8:50am, along with my breakfast sandwich, which was a bacon, egg and cheese on an English muffin. The English muffin and egg were the only items that were hot on my sandwich and I didnt even eat the hash browns because of how irritated I was due to the service, or lack there of, from this location. This location just gets worse and worse each time I visit.

October 18th 2025 2:58PM. Young African American woman with the fake red weave, horrible customer service. Horrible attitude horrible energy. Other employee, young white lady who worked the front register, great energy and attitude, great customer service. This review is written by a black man by the way. Manager needs to teach that black employee how to interact with customers.

It's one thing to be a little bit black around the edges but they weren't busy and it was served to us like this we didn't notice till we're already 5 minutes down the road and on our way to an appointment this is absolutely infuriating

Management should really help their team. Middle of lunch rush and there’s only two ladies trying their best. Everyone can understand call outs and unforeseen issues but when push comes to shove isn’t customer service supposed to take priority. Not to mention the easily 5 cars that drove away choosing not to wait any longer. We’re talking 10minutes and more. If you don’t care about your team at least care about your customers.

Coffee never tastes good, disgusting actually. Drive threw takes forever. Never come to this location if you don't have to.

Hair nets, hats, and beard nets go a long way. We have to wear them in food stuffs manufacturing, but when the final product goes out to the customer, nobody has to take any precautions.

Slowest Dunkin I have ever been to
This is not a real place. It’s a set for a movie where the workers wander around slowly in a constant daze, void of any life, purpose, or concept of “fast” food.

Worst food ever! Tater tots had strong smell of chlorine. Sausage, eggs and cheese on croissant also smelled strange. I didn't eat but a few bites and decided not to risk it.
WORST SERVICE in the whole city. I could write a detailed report on today's experience, but why bother? We all know that leadership doesn't care. Just glad to not be a daily customer anymore. Money is better spent elsewhere.
