WORST SERVICE in the whole city. I could write a detailed report on today's experience, but why bother? We all know that leadership doesn't care. Just glad to not be a daily customer anymore. Money is better spent elsewhere.

The manager has no clue what shes doin. Smokes weed on break. Hostile work environment the manager throwing food bags at customers. Refused to do an incident report with me falling on black ice. Her name is stephanie and she is incompetent.

I usually love going to this place because the staff is so friendly and my order is always correct. I'm also not one to complain but went in today around 830am and my order wasn't right, which is totally okay! The girl that took my order was super sweet and seemed newish! However the environment seemed hostile and the girl on sandwich station has a bad attitude (which i felt was why the place felt hostile). Isn't the first time I've noticed that same exact girl have the same exact attitude. Shouldn't be working the customer service industry if you can't have good customer service..

They have an amazing variety pack. I always order butter pecan but most days I’ll get caramel, pumpkin, French vanilla and whatever else the crew feels like handing out. Such a blessing who knew I didn’t know what I wanted for breakfast. Silly me. Allergies are no concern at this location. So strap up for a rollercoaster of flavors you didn’t want or ordered with the a different sticker on it. Nashua has the worst dunks all up and down Amherst st. You’re better off making it at home.

Danny I believe his name his. Was super rude to the 3 girls working. The sticker machine kept getting jammed and all he did was berate the work there.i managed a dunkins for 3 years I tried to help her and he turned around stating she knows how to fix it. And he'll run his store as he sees fit. When clearly she did not know how or why. I tried having her clean the roller that's why white pens come with the rolls. Need to learn how to treat employees and guests with respect. Will not be returning to this dunkins
