I’m not sure how this Dunks has almost a 5 star review score but our experience was awful! We were made to feel like we shouldn’t be ordering what we wanted to for coffee, we were given attitude and anger as well as gross food and a completely made wrong Macchiato! Don’t go here if you enjoy your coffee, food and service. Thumbs down!

To preface this is the second time this has happened and there will not be a third. Made an online order to pick up through drive thru. Got to drive thru and sat in line for 25 minutes. Got up to the window where they had the wrong coffee and had to search for the right one then was asked to pull up to the second window for food. Finally got my food another 5 minutes later and it wasn't even what I ordered! I wasn't upset that I had to wait in line as I know how busy Dunkin can get. I was however upset that this was the second time this has happened and with 30 minutes to co.plete my order you could have at least gotten it right!

This place is awesome the coffee is always made correctly as well as the food is made good
This is the most convenient dunks for me, i try to go to any other one if i have enough time. EVERY TIME i pull up to the drive through whether there's someone in front of me or not they say " be right with you" half the time i just leave. They take minutes to get to you. This is the slowest, worst customer service establishment i've ever experienced. If it wasn't for convenience, i would never come here.

I just ordered one iced coffee I had an offer that if I purchase a Myth I get an iced coffee for free, so when I ordered that the lady charged me for 2 it showed 4 dollars and after paying that, my bills comes to 8 dollars she says I have charged for two, I was like wait what? She was like yeah I'm sorry can't help... What's the point of offers then when they charge for two and the lady was so rude to me is it because I'm an Indian??? Sh talking to the other customers very politely I seriously feel so bad right now, I'm a graduate student and do I deserve this, this is really bad behaviour towards international people
