Random kindness. I am giving this location a 5 star rating because I always have a friendly experience, no matter the time of day. **Today however was special, I came in and ordered a large amount of food and was having a wonderful conversation with a gentleman who was fixing the credit card readers and when I went to pay with my card, he told me it was on the house! His reasoning was he just restarted the machines and it would be a minute, however I think he was just being nice to be nice. Come to find out he was the owner. Bravo Dunkin's Main Street Nashua for making my family's day! #CustomerforLife

There's always something wrong with my order. The food is either over or under cooked. The coffee ingredients are never on point or the same. Good luck getting a flavor, it's usually mixed with a hint of another flavor that you did not order. I go back to have them remake my things and get an attitude by just about anyone who has to fix it. I call and complain and it gets nowhere, so that means it's management that's not paying attention to paying customers. Definitely come to this location for horrible coffee, horrible service and horrible oven baked foods

Mixed reviews ... I’ve ordered 2 times first time was fine, normal... the second time I was extra nice because I ordered online and needed something fixed. They were rude about it even though it’s no ones fault they didn’t know how exactly I like it and I explained to them that I understood that... after taking the drink back to fix they acted like they couldn’t hear me when I was clearly trying to gauge if they were teenager mad because they had to do something or if they were decent human beings that understand not everything is someone’s fault and you can just do something a costumer wants without acting like it’s the end of the world... well since they didn’t make eye contact with me again after and were just generally plssy with their attitude I’m guessing they need to grow up a bit if they want to continue a job in customer service (I don’t recommend they do lol)

Worst dunkins ever some chick with black and red hair that works there don't even know how to get a order right I will never be going back into this dunkins. When I ask to fix the problem she said I was wrong when clearly I know what I ordered and got charged for. Aboulseltly ridiculous.

It depends which Dunkins will not mess up your coffee honestly. It’s a hot or miss. I usually order just a coffee extra extra and it’ll do the trick but when pumpkin spice latte season comes around, my wallet is ready. Always a great place to go when you need coffee though cuz it’s always available.

The morning staff is very nice and friendly. I was able to get my order quickly due to their ability to all work together. America has a stand out personality and is the friendliest.
