Place was busy and I was fine waiting but the wrap I received was awful. One fatty piece of bacon and undercooked. Egg was cold and cheese not melted plus there was some small leafy pieces of something green. Work space wasn't being kept clean obviously. Disappointed.

Piss poor attitudes . Asked for extra shot of swirl with directions to stir it up well. Received my coffee and it was gross. Wife ordered a bagel and they could barely pit the cream cheese on it. Kids in drive thru where hollering acting all moncho cause I had them take my coffee back and add more swirl. Very disappointed in some of todays workers who think they are entitled to do and say what they want with no reprocussion.

I went to dunkins today to try the new S'mores donut. Those donuts are priced higher since they are limited. I waited for 10 mins with 2 of the other donuts I ordered. When I went up to ask for it they gave me it and I left. Just to open the bag to see Boston cream instead of s'mores. I told them S'mores multiple times and from working at a different location I understand messing up but not fully changing the names of donuts. (Especially if they are labeled)
You lost me as a customer due to loser customer named amber willey goes there who is very rude and obnoxious. She does not even say hi to her sister when her sister says hello. I would love to see the manager Tom ban her from this location permanently.

I went to Dunkins today. Ashiyana Took our order. From the gecko, she seemed irritated that we said our order too fast. Then she had trouble taking my order. I got the hot honey snackin bacon. Took a while to find it. Then I asked for it warmed knowing it wouldn’t be fresh. She said it is always warmed so I believed her. Then I got my order and took a bite. It was room temperature at best. I went in and politely asked for it to be warmed. She seemed Irritated once again and took around three minutes to get another one. Whole experience was ruined because of the lack of customer service.

It's extremely hard to write Dunkin' Donuts each one of them are different some are good some are bad and some shouldn't even be opened but to know which one is good or bad it's a choice you have to make the good ones and Nash are on East Hollow Street West Hollis Street those are the good ones the other ones are questionable they stopped selling the ham and my favorite sandwich was ham and croissants can't get it anymore and I don't care for the rest of their diet because they're pushing that no meat deal not all of us like it but they seem to be just pushing towards one set of people by selling the no meat meal you like me that ain't a place to go
