Ordered 5 $ meal deals 2 pc bagel minis, And they charged me 9$ and was only one wake-up wrap I told them is only one and the deal is with two .when l told them that my order was not right one and they said “ Is nothing we can’t do” not sorry no nothing. So rude. The worst DD l have ever been .

I order the same thing every time i go,lg latte extra expresso and two pumps of a flavor,how it i went to two different ones this morning and both cant make,the first time i got a med instead of a lg,asked for 2 vanilla swirl,and when i told him its a lg,he still gave me a med,then i go to broad st ordered the same thing and i get ,med hot coffee 4 sugars and 4 cream.

Place was busy and I was fine waiting but the wrap I received was awful. One fatty piece of bacon and undercooked. Egg was cold and cheese not melted plus there was some small leafy pieces of something green. Work space wasn't being kept clean obviously. Disappointed.

Piss poor attitudes . Asked for extra shot of swirl with directions to stir it up well. Received my coffee and it was gross. Wife ordered a bagel and they could barely pit the cream cheese on it. Kids in drive thru where hollering acting all moncho cause I had them take my coffee back and add more swirl. Very disappointed in some of todays workers who think they are entitled to do and say what they want with no reprocussion.
