It's extremely hard to write Dunkin' Donuts each one of them are different some are good some are bad and some shouldn't even be opened but to know which one is good or bad it's a choice you have to make the good ones and Nash are on East Hollow Street West Hollis Street those are the good ones the other ones are questionable they stopped selling the ham and my favorite sandwich was ham and croissants can't get it anymore and I don't care for the rest of their diet because they're pushing that no meat deal not all of us like it but they seem to be just pushing towards one set of people by selling the no meat meal you like me that ain't a place to go

They can't make a coffee the way you ask for it. You end up wasting your money going there. Used to be the best, but in the last 6 months or so this place has now become the worse. I'd rather go elsewhere. Unfortunate, but tired of wasting my time n money.

Standard Dunks. Usually a bit more busy than others further into Nashua. I imagine that is due to its proximity to the highway. Parking lot is kind of a pain in the butt.

Why isn't this coffee HOT?? I went through the drive up and ordered a small black coffee and about a mile down the road I tasted it and it is NOT HOT!! And I'm not turning around. What is wrong with you people that you can't even serve a hot cup of black coffee. Pathetic.

On April 25th approximately 5:45 pm my teen daughter had a CPR training course, wanting refreshments, we decided to go in and place our order, and to take a bathroom break. Entering Dunkin's I saw we were the only guest in the lobby with one SUV in the drive-thru and two staff members serving both front counter and drive thru seeing this I knew we could order and be on our way! Existing to use the facilities I left my daughter to place our order. No sooner than it took to step into the restroom and realize the facility was filthy and in order to use it I Needed to clean it..in which I did. Suddenly! I heard a sharp outburst of yelling, one voice sounded much like my daughter, but distressed! This frightened me, not knowing WHAT just happened in the lobby! existing, only to see my daughter who was visibly upset and traumatized approaching the exist doors to leave, the Dunkins employee who is behind the counter is intently staring at my daughter in a intimidating manner holding a smirky expression across her face like she just overtook her rival opponent! I didn't understand where this was coming from but Clearly this is NOT the condition I just left my daughter not even 5 minutes ago to simply place an order at the counter which was being tended by the up front staff! standing in the middle, I turned to the customer service girl, only to see her further intimidating my daughter while still telling her to LEAVE while staring at her holding that same smirky condescending expression. Again, I asked what was going on out here? While my daughter who is trying to tell me through feeling upset says that, SHE (meaning the employee) NEVER TOOK HER Order! While I'm still trying to process all of this, the customer service girl, is Still saying to my daughter, "to leave"! While I'm still asking what happened, and her not acknowledging me, but kept her attention fixed on my daughter. Again I said what happened? in a more firmer tone then she turns her attention to me, still not answering, but begins blinking /batting her eyes at me while still holding a smirky expression on her face. In which I ignored her attempts to incite and escalate this situation, I simply told her in a firm voice to Stop That! Which she did, I noticed When I used a more firmer voice, It was almost like the girl snapped out of some mode she was in. Not knowing this person or her rationale and to neutralize the situation we left never ordering anything. In the car my daughter explained the details that her co-worker had asked the girl, if I was all set, meaning if she had taken my order, when I went to say, "No, I was still waiting to place my order." The Dunkins employee, the girl over-talked her and told the co-worker that my daughter was all set. The man went on about his job, assuming she was all set! When expecting to place her order with this employee she was then told to Leave! NEVER serving her, for no reason other than her own, deep-rooted personal feelings! That's when my daughter was yelling at her! I explained that she just experienced, "Prejudice" Today, there is a lot of diversity. The lesson: Who you THINK is, MAY not be. Who is, isn't, and Who isn't is! despite this girls unfounded feelings of hostility and dislike it is true we should learn not to judge or hate each other. Instead, LEARN to Love and let go of negativity!*Hmm?reviews where staff yelling/telling guest to leave!Wednesday, April 12th approximatly 7:30am drive-thru, the woman handling this window couldn't remember if I gave her a $10 or$20 my order was under $9. I informed her $10. Leaving into traffic I reached for my coffee in which the lid flipped up and off. Thankfully, this didn't spill! The breakfast item ordered was to be cooked was cold and uncooked! ..I returned to Dunkin's to wait in line again? The manager was understanding replacing the items, refund the money; she left it up to the same drive-thru employee to handle the refund, handing back the cash then dropping each coin in my

Waited in-line, inside, for 15 to 20 minutes, only to be told that they couldn’t sell me a Box of Joe. The manager(I’m guessing) is the one who said no and the cashier told me they “didn’t make enough”. Enough of what? Coffee? A huge inconvenience.

This has nothing to do with DD stores, but a new product. I just tried the new breakfast tacos. Waste of money!! There was less than a tablespoon of substance. (Egg, beacon). It certainly doesn't look like the picture!!

Dunkin Donuts as most people know is an average coffee and donut shop . The coffee is not very flavorful but will do when you need a hot beverage .
