I have been coming to the dunks for an extremely long time, but just recently, at night time, the refreshers have had a weird, almost plastic taste to them. I have tried them with green and black tea, and they both seem to have a very odd flavor to them that I am not experiencing at other locations.

Hands down the best Dunkin in Nashua. Best avocado toast, coffee and teas are always delicious and not watery, food is hot and the staff is quick AND friendly.

Every time I've been to this dunks I've have gotten my food cold, waited an EXTREMELY long time, or have just been straight up ignored! Every time I've been to this location I had to basically ask the staff to do their jobs. They make food and throw it into a disorganized mess for someone else to handle, or they just don't make your food at all. A lot of the employees seem to be in their own world not communicating w/ co-workers while a few do the bulk of the work. I don't expect a lot from dunks but this location is ABYSMAL.

The young man that just waited on me was actually doing the trash when I walked in, he eventually came to wait on me, I said I want six donuts and went to name them, he went to get my donuts without putting gloves on ! I said please put gloves on you just did the trash, then he went to put my donuts in a bag to get all squished!! I said please put them in a box so they don't get squished! Then he said 10.35 when 6 donuts are 7. Something!! When I said that he looked guilty, he meant to over charge me! Watch when you go in there, they are incompetent. And I believe dishonest.

I had come to this dunks every day for the last 5 years. Today was my last time ever giving this location my hard earned money. The Sunday staff is awful, unbelievably rude and brushes off customers. I should not have been berated by the lady at the counter after I waited 25 minutes then asked politely for the status of my on the go order. The excuse/response from the lady and the tone she gave me is unacceptable. Called the manager, he didn’t care either. Very disheartening.
