Nate is great! He's always so friendly and somehow finds a way to make ordering fun for us! The girl with all the dark goth make up on the other hand could use a few tips about customer service, it was very obvious that she didn't want to be at work and didn't want to deal with her customers, I complimented her make up and she said OK, and closed the window in my face. if it wasn't for Nate, I wouldn't come back to this location because of customer service issues

Lack of sense of urgency . Ordered a coffee 20 minutes prior , saw drive thru get taken care of car after car asked the girl up front if she can make my coffee all she did was take my name and said it will be ready and continued on worrying about the donut rack trying to make it pretty when your job is to make sure a patron is taken care of. Thanks for wasting my morning and thanks for not making my coffee y'all suck and I want my refund all this happened 3/5/24

My mobile order drinks were put out but not my food. Took me 10 minutes to get someone’s attention and multiple people passed by and ignored me. Sometimes this location is pretty good but it sucked today. They had just forgot to put it out, could have been fixed in 2 seconds if I wasn’t ignored.

One of the things I wish dunkins would bring back is the real ham to put in their croissants it was the best sandwich ever made now they have those pre-made ones I think they nasty I will need them I tried them and I won't eat

The red velvet donuts with cream cheese frosting are terrible. They should stop making them!!!! The donut is tasteless followed by a terrible thick frosting that doesn’t even taste like cream cheese!!!! Stop making these, a terrible waste of money.

Just wanted to take the time to write a positive review and give feedback to an employee at this location. This employee works the register and drive thru and every time I interact with her she is always smiling, always polite, and always attentive. I told this employee in person how much I enjoy seeing her smile so she knows who she is. Let’s normalize telling employees they are doing a good job instead of focusing on what they’re doing wrong!
