I have been coming to this Dunkin for a while. The past week or so the atmosphere in the store has not been pleasant. It seems like it may be due to new staff members who were brought on.

Stopped at the Dunkin’ on 260 Amherst St in Nashua while heading back home to Concord after visiting a friend, and honestly the experience was terrible. The girl working she had an head band I think had such an attitude for no reason. I asked to have my coffee remade because it didn’t look right, and she sighed, rolled her eyes, and acted like I was asking for the world. I work in the food industry too, so I get that people have rough days — but that’s never an excuse to be rude to customers. All I wanted was my coffee fixed, not an attitude. Definitely won’t be coming back to this location.

Went to Dunkin this morning as I always go to this Dunkin’s but the new order taker who I’ve never seen before was very rude and gave a lot of attitude. I’d love to say that I will come back but as long as she is here I no longer will be coming back. It stinks cause this is my favorite Dunkin 😪

Dirtiest Dunkin’s I have EVER been at!!! The store was filthy! Employees were a wreck and overwhelmed, stickers didn’t work for the cups, it was FREEEZING inside and I was over charged.

Had to go back in for forgotten items. Drink was too sour not drinkable. Cashier was clearly new but wasn't listening as I ordered. Was out of chocolate milk and then front and said they may have some amd was asked to please check in the back.
This is an awesome place I got a mint chocolate chip skakin expresso and is was fantastic everyone was very respectful😁

It depends on who's working for great service but everyone seems to know how to do there job certain staff just needs to pay attention to customers orders otherwise this is still a good dunkins

Just went to get a macchiato, was *barked* at in the drive through that the espresso machine was shut down, multiple hours before they close. Okay... So, I ordered a hot coffee instead - rocket science, right?
Was handed a large coffee that was so cold it was one ice cube away from being an iced coffee.
Worst Dunkin experience I've ever had. The *literal* children you have running the place can't even make a hot coffee. Extremely disappointed.
