completely abysmal customer service. we were just ignored entirely, waiting in the window for over 5 minutes with my card out before anyone even spoke to us. i’m in service and i’m actually a barista, so i try to be extremely patient, but idk what is going on here.

My partner has gotten sick here twice, not counting the drink he had to throw away because there was black particulate floating in it. It's the green tea in the refreshers - CLEAN THE TEA CONTAINERS! It has a rotting taste. If you don't care enough not to make people sick, quit your job.

Somehow they always manage to mess up my order every single time. How are you going to constantly hand me the wrong order even after having me wait for like 2-3 mins before any else pulls up behind me? Yall that tired working at a coffee shop? Don't recommend this spot whatsoever. Will not be coming back. (Wrong orders get chucked off the highway)

Stay far away from this place. 5 kids behind the counter, 2 playing with headsets, another trying to open a trash bag, another emptying the tip jars another doing something. I was the only customer in the store and after 3 minutes of getting no service I walked out.

I've had three bad experiences at this location. The first time, the associates were too lazy to go "to the basement" to bring up some decaf. I left empty-handed. The second time, an associate said he couldn't ring me up because he was counting the registers. Not "I apologize" or "Could you please come back?" ... just said he couldn't ring me. Again, I left. The third time, I had to ask (politely) for my receipt, since the associate rang it up at a different register where I couldn't see the amount. Silly me, I expected a "thank you". The associate made a sarcastic remark as I walked out the door.

Bruh this dd is so slow like my family is sitting ducks in our vehicle and like it took half an hour of our time of day. Their service is wack, 1 out of 5 stars do not recommend stay away. We starved and didn't get out food. Peace out yall✌️

Officially giving up on this location. Twice I have sat at the speaker with no response for two minutes. Other times sandwich was burned and fillings cold. Told the weren't carrying seasonal drinks that they have on the menu boards. Seems like they have no help or at least no management between 2 and 4pm

The Filipino female manager lacks the very first needed business knowledge that when a customer returns and asks for a replacement coffee after having gone to emergency room because of the coffee he paid for at this location ..could possibly ciost the owner a fortune.. Let's see $3.75. Vs $300,000. WHAT KIND OF A FOOL IS THAT??
It's a dunks and it's fine but this one makes mistakes often. There's another one down the road that's better

Rather disappointed, I thought this Dunkin could be worse and no, lousy service, atmosphere and food.It was an hour to close the establishment, I went with my family to enjoy a good coffee and inside the store were all the chairs at the tables, the staff stayed there and did not attend us and the last two times they were very rude and the food was not delivered into my hands as a respectful person would..
