Hands down the worst Dunkin in Nashua. I’ve seen employees mix coffee, tea, etc with the same spoon that’s been sitting in dirty water. Food is never as good as other locations and coffee tastes way too watery as well.
Drive the 5 minutes to west Hollis, the best Dunkin.

The customer service in the morning particularly in the morning is absolutely terrible The kids behind the counter and yes I understand they are kids would rather talk and giggle with each other than get things right. I stood behind a woman this morning that ordered coffee nothing more simple coffees and she was in line waiting for over 15 minutes other people came in and left she was extremely upset. I understand it is difficult to get people through the door to work unfortunately this falls on management shift supervisors or whatever it is to make sure that these kids are doing what they are supposed to do. I am 56 years old and never complain about anything unfortunately this is the closest store to my house and I do visit their frequently and it's always the same thing. Way too much to put in this post if you reply to me I will give you my phone number and you can call me cuz it's not all bad. Only about 89% of it. Frustrated frequent flyer of your proprietorship.

The pavement is high risen and there is no signage. If you are driving sedan/hatchback, be careful when you park in front of the store.
@Dunkin- please post a sign saying “Caution: High risen pavement “

I went through the drive thru and received sandwiches that were cold in the middle. I got back in line to have them remade a was rudely told I have to come inside to get them so I asked for a refund and was met with the same answer in an even ruder tone and was told I was holding up the line(1 car). I told them I don't want to come in because I have a toddler in the car so I pulled up to the window. By the time I got up there the replacement food was already done, guy gave it to me and said "don't do this again, my boss is here" and abruptly shut the window. No apologies or anything for serving cold food. Wow.

Bad service an in drive thru I was there for 15 minutes an never got my meal thank you for stealing my money
about 2 weeks ago, thursday around 5 ish I put in a “ to go order” online at work bc i was in a rush and had to get my daughter. I left work for there about 10 min after I placed the order, about 6-7 teens behind the counter sipping their ice coffees chatting and on their phones. One employee was talking to a girl that was visiting. 2 in the drive through, I walked over to the “ to go” area and there was nothing. So i waited a few minutes figuring maybe my presence would get someone to at least start making my order but It didn’t. I then asked if they had my order and one of the girls said ya hold on as she proceeded to look though mile long tickets … so i then asked how long it would take and she raised her voice to me and said I can’t even find your order “ so i gave her the order number. She made the order and when I asked for ketchup I was ignored and then one of the girls came out of no where and gave the ketchup to me. Terrible service. It’s a hang out for the teen workers there not an establishment.

This place is a nightmare. They are always slow and mess up the simplest orders. Usually, I give them a break because they are generally busy, but no excuse today. I placed my order of avocado bacon toast and a large regular iced coffee. It took 20 minutes for me to get this order! They weren't busy either. Small line at the drive-thru, an empty parking lot, and two people already sitting with their stuff. 3 employees working (one at the drive-thru register, one making drinks, and one who had to be asked to start making food), another one was actively walking out on the job, and apparently another one walked out moments prior according to their conversation. When I got my toast I asked if there was bacon on it and was asked "oh, you want bacon on it?".... yes that's what I paid for and says on the receipt. When I got the toast the bread could've been used as a brick due to how hard it was.
Last time I ordered from them I got a toasted everything bagel with cream cheese. This also took 15 minutes to get and I received a non-toasted plain bagel.
I could make a laundry list of issues here, but I will save it for a complaint to corporate. Doubt anything will change, but atleast get it on record.
