Lol. this place is a nightmare. Its all kids talking and goofing off i get its dunkin donuts but i was a supervisor couple years back and ive never sat there in a drive thru THAT LONG. jesus christ. I wanted almond milk and was rushed apparently she didnt hear it and i got black coffee. Its really not hard sorry to say.

Had the new sausage egg and cheese empanada it is extremely good you got to stop by and try one I don't know about the new latte I haven't tried it yet but try a small one with the sandwich and I'm sure it's going to be

Nothing like really wanting coffee and it’s horrible. So you place an order and can’t wait for it to get to your work. And the last 1/4 of your coffee you go take a big gulp and get a mouthful of coffee ground. Totally disgusting. I almost threw up because of it. Never again.

There is one gentleman, a slender black man working there that is by far the most polite, and professional dunkin employee I have ever come across. Dunkin would be smart to make him management!Sorry I didn't get his name.
I went into this Dunkin's the other day just for a cup of coffee. Admittedly, I was not in a very good mood. As I walked in, there was a clerk behind the counter so I walked up, wanting to place my order. She told me that I could only order from the "kiosk" screen down the counter about 5 feet away. I walked over, tapped the screen and all I saw was a blur of drinks I had no interest in. Not wanting to fiddle with screen after screen just to order a black coffee, I just walked away. I know I'm a 75 year Vietnam era vet and the world seems want to cater only to a tech savvy younger clientele; but thankfully, there are other Dunkin Donuts with no kiosk which welcome my business.

One of the worst dunkins around and very rude. Ordered a coffee on the app, at 6:20am waited till 6:55am for the coffee. I was going to be late for work so I asked for a refund for the coffee. The woman said good I didn't want to make your coffee anyway. On top of that, I did not get a refund. So if you want to be robbed and disrespected this is the place to go.

Probably one of the worst Dunkin's that I have been too. Unprofessional staff and dirty bathrooms. I love Dunkin but I will not come back to this one.

Absolutely the worst Dunkin's ever. I don't decide to come here, my boyfriend does. Rude service, long waits, inaccurate orders. The parking lot is totally unsafe, trash everywhere, dirty. Flies around the donuts. Gross.

Me and my boyfriend went there to get drinks and a donut. The lady at the register was very rude and made us feel very stupid for each question we asked. I myself got the iced pumpkin signature latte and a donut. My boyfriend got a hot pumpkin latte. My drink had too much milk in it and his wasn’t made it hot. They made him an iced even when we specified he wanted a hot one. I waited a little while for my donut. Everyone working there kept looking at me and not bothering to help and the lady that took my order kept giving me a side eye. I’ve had a lot of bad experiences there, but this one really ticked me off.
