Horrible attitude of employees and customer service. Couldn’t get refund for mobile order that went through but wasn’t picked up because the store wasn’t open at 5:30a. No managers work after 2pm so don’t expect any help unless you wait 20 min for customer service to help you over the phones.

Been Waiting at the window to order my drink at 530 am for 15 minutes with no responses from the people inside. This was my consistent usual spot but lately they are terrible. Whoever is working this shift clearly dosent care about there job or the services they provide.

I was in the store getting food and drinks for my crew and a woman with a blue shirt named jamie was very rude me and crew were laughing getting ready for work on Saturday and she was rude and yelled was just rude threw are food at us something should be done I will make sure to go above the store to make sure action were took

This Dunkin’ Donuts is a hit or miss. This morning my girlfriend and I stopped in on the way to drop her off at work. We ordered 2 medium iced coffees and 2 sausage egg and cheese sandwiches, we pull up to the first window to pay, they handed us our 2 coffees then instructed me to pull up to the second window and wait for our sandwiches. I was patiently waiting for 9 minutes and after watching at least 4 Cars behind me drive off with both their beverage and meal in hand, I became slightly perturbed. I’m not sure what’s going on with this Dunkin’s, whether it’s poor management or perhaps you got too many chiefs and not enough Indians I’m not really sure however they need to get their act together and figure it out. Sounds like there’s mass confusion on the inside. It doesn’t make sense too as why I got to wait for two sandwiches while four other people in vehicles behind me get theirs along with their beverages but I gotta wait is complete BS

Terrible place every time I come here. Look like they squished the hash browns together in the package. They don't know how to cook the food to the right temperature and the manager always has a issue when you say light ice instead of less ice, how many versions of ice are there.... Service is terrible I bet at least one customer leaves the drive thru with spit in their drink at least once a day. They are miserable there and I'm not gonna facilitate their poor service and quality. Dunks here needs new and honest people.!
