Stopped in for a Super Beef, sauce, and cheese and fries. More bun than roast beef. Not that Super. Beef was more on the medium well side. Suace was non-existent. First time eating a super beef that didn't require a napkin, as is the case with all other SB, sauce, and cheeses. Was disappointing for a place that has Roast Beef in the name. Maybe an off night. I asked for sauce and almost got rung up for ordering extra until I showed the droplets on the sandwich. I was told to ask for extra next time I ordered. The young ladies up front were very attentive and always busy, continuously cleaning. Price was average for these days. Mostly a takeout atmosphere at the time.

Use to be a regular but tonight was terrible. The young blonde was very un-attentive and lost a lot of money since she never refilled our drinks or asked us for anything else to eat. We walked out after 1 wine and potato skins.

Overall, horrible. The food is ok when made correctly, which is rare. The main reason why I will not be giving these people my business is based off the way they treat their employees and customers. Pretty much every time I’ve been there, the oldest son Charlie has been condescending and rude to the young girls he employs. Also odd that they only hire young girls. It takes forever to get anything to eat and many EVERY time I have ordered, there has been at least one error. Also definitely not the cleanest place. Gloves are never changed and it just looks dirty. They overall need to do better. As someone who has worked in the restaurant industry, they are incompetent and highly unprofessional to everyone.
I wish all the girls behind the counter better. No one, let alone your boss should ever scream at you or treat you with such disrespect.

Visited 6/27, the gentleman behind the counter was very rude, and why is they wear gloves. I don't see them changing them, like after taking money or playing with the trash, I thing they need a BOH inspection

Was created right away, ordered paid. Was told it be right up, 20 minutes later, they looked confused as I was still waiting. They were like it's ready. It was sitting there for 5 minutes Before calling it out.

Their menu pricing is not up to date. When sitting in the bar area at a table we ordered from the menu. When we got our bill the prices were higher. They said they have a sign at the bar. We weren’t sitting at the bar???They need to mark their menu or at the very least the waitress should let the customers know when taking their order. The gentleman that I spoke to was very cocky and thought they did nothing wrong.Very poor business practice.
