I visited this five guys for the first time with my family, ordered 3 burgers and a regular fry. The “regular fry” was $6.05 and the amount I received was equivalent a McDonald’s fry side order. For $6.05 we definitely should have gotten more fries. So definitely won’t ever be coming back to this five guys in Nashua ever again.

Double charged no refund. When opened my bag... I got the smallest portion of regular fries I've ever seen. Rudest service workers and manager. Disgusting bathroom.

We had a bad experience today. We ordered 2 sandwiches, fries and a shake and one of the sandwiches was soggy and incorrect. Asked for and paid for an extra patty and did not get it, the fries were cold and soggy and the shake was very runny. I called and someone pretending to be the manager didn’t even offer to remake the food and just said do you want me to refund you and wasn’t very friendly then he handed the phone to the manager which offered a refund. I’m glad the manager offered a resolution however just wanted others to be aware of this instance

I'm not one to usually complain, but my recent trip to Five Guys was a major letdown. I ordered a classic cheeseburger, excited for that juicy, made-to-order taste. What I got was far from it. The burger was practically raw in the middle. I'm all for a little pink, but this was like they barely introduced it to the grill.
Honestly, I'm pretty disappointed. I expect a certain level of quality, especially when I'm paying a premium for a burger. I ended up throwing half of it away because I was worried about getting sick.
Save your money and go somewhere where they know how to cook a burger properly. This Five Guys needs to step up their game.

Watched the staff sweep the table with there floor broom manager allowed this the this is a major health and safety idk stand why you would your a rag and sanitizer instead of the broom they sweep the floor with.
