Have ordered from them a few times in the past and had always gotte reasonable service. Tonight I ordered online like normal and never got my order. I called and spoke to someone a few times who just kept telling me it was going out now. At the two hour mark I called and cancelled the order. Within seconds I got a call from what I assume to be the delivery driver asking if I ordered a pizza and if I put swears in the phone. I didn't know what that meant but assured him I put no swears on the phone.

Best food, best people.Visited 2 times there. Ordered pizza first time and lasgna 2nd time. Both dishes were very tasty, especially lasgna. My daughter just loved it. We stayed at the DoubleTree hotel near by & wanted some good Italian food delivered to the hotel after an exhausting day in the sun. Desk agent recommended Giannis. We placed an online order which was easy enough. One small pizza, one order ziti & meatballs, an extra order of meatballs & an order of fried mushrooms. surprisingly it arrived in just 20 minutes. Wow! Fast! The mushrooms were fresh & crispy & warm, but had a bit of an “old fryer” flavor - still good though. The pizza was tasty but not really hot. The three of us all agreed that the cheese was delicious. The ziti & meatballs were disappointing. We received 6 cocktail sized meatballs (about the size of a quarter) and they were clearly a frozen product. Low quality. Not satisfying & nothing that an Italian restaurant should consider serving. Too small. Didn’t taste like nest. No flavor. The pasta was over cooked, watery (not drained well), not even warm & the sauce was just bland. Period. It wasn’t inedible but it wasn’t good either. With our meal we received ONE flimsy paper plate, one flimsy fork & one flimsy knife. Sending a clear vibe that “cheap” rules the day when they buy products. Overall- the experience was “OK”
