this place is horrible hour later no food u call and get told technical difficulties. check reviews on Google and grubhub before ordering this place should close its doors or get a owners that cares and hires good people. Just sad u own a business and run it like this.

I work in a car dealership that orders from here frequently. Big orders as well at times over 100.00 and they always seem to mess up the online order and ALWAYS forget to bring the BBQ sauce that we are forced to pay extra for. We have stopped ordering for awhile but today decided to give it another chance. 40.00 worth of food and the chicken fingers are so dry you can barely bit them and AGAIN no BBQ sauce. We attempted to reach out and the woman on the phone was rude and unhelpful. She proceeds to tell us they put sauce on our sandwiches which they did not and did not send the extra sauce they charged us for. Just beware if you order the order will be wrong and you won't get all you pay for!

I called them to order at 6:25 pm website says open till 9 I asked if I could pick up at 7pm they told me to call back in 15 min to place order.
So I called back at 6:40 and they said sorry we are closed! This is definitely not run like the Peabody Ma place which is the best!

Who ever runs the front is very unprofessional. When i ordered in person she kept hanging up on people and when i ordered through door dash and called about my order she hung up on me.

Just got a couple beefs. Kind of a dry sandwich and thick cut. Wasn’t terrible certainly wasn’t great. Gotta step up your game Giovanni’s there’s a new beef joint in town delivering on the fine/thin cut perfectly shaved beef. Even the roll tasted a little suspect/stale

I ordered a cheese steak and the first bite tasted like fish I found out right after that fish was the special of the day that's pretty gross a piece of steak that tastes like fish come on !

Absolute worst service and delivery I have ever had in my life

There was a very rude customer being verbally abusive to the staff and her own grandson and the staff handled it with such grace. Every employee we interacted with was so kind.

If I could give this place a 3.5 or 3.75 I would. It’s decent pizza and in this area, thats not easy to find. I’m all set with Nashua HOP, and Blaze has gone down hill. They’re always friendly and pizza gets done fast.
