If I could give this place a 3.5 or 3.75 I would. It’s decent pizza and in this area, thats not easy to find. I’m all set with Nashua HOP, and Blaze has gone down hill. They’re always friendly and pizza gets done fast.

usually when i order, it is on time and correct, tonight when i called unfortunetley the person who took the order must have forgot to ring the order in as we are now waiting an exsessive amount of time, and after waiting 15 minutes past the pickup time already and hearing them discuss that they are just putting our meal in the fryer right then. Very disapointing, and probably will not return for a while.

I have been waiting for 4 hours on pizza and they claimed they had it delivered twice. I put in a clear instruction and explained that I'm deaf. I only need them to text me to notify me that it arrived. Guess what? I got no photo proof from grubhub and they never texted me.

Not only did they replace my order without bothering to call me, but they also forgot the drinks that were paid for. When I called to request them to deliver our drinks, the young gentleman told me it would be a TWO HOURS WAIT for the delivery for two beverages. I told him that was unacceptable and asked why did we received waffle fries rather than sweet potatoes fries, he said: "we didn't have any sweet potatoes in stock so I replaced it with waffle fries". I told him that a 2hrs wait for two beverages was unacceptable, and he should've called me instead of going ahead and making the decision for me. I guess he had nothing to say because he hung up on me and when I tried calling back he hung up on me AGAIN! We were also not impressed with the quality of the food. I'm all for helping local businesses, but I will not spend my money here again, and I see I'm not alone with all the bad reviews they have.

I have got to a few things here before and it has always been good. Today when I went in it seemed like some of the employees are unknowable on contamination. Sitting there watching an employee prepare cold subs and wraps with no gloves. In fact they went into the cooler and grabbed a whole handful for green peppers with their bare hands. Sitting here watching this discussed me. Sorry but lost all appetite for this when people don’t know how to properly handle customers food. Probably won’t be coming back here again…..????

After getting hung up on four times and listening to a lady that sounded like she was smoking a cigarette yell at me for calling too many times(after being hung up on) I decided to go in person. Big mistake. This place looks like it’s the new methadone mile. Every employee look messed up on something. I’m all set.

Ordered 3 chicken kabob salads. The chicken on all three salads were undercooked and almost raw. I called and they said that they needed proof. They asked me twice if I’d drive back. I said no, that’s not ideal. Then they offered to drop off salads if I gave the old ones back. We ate the lettuce and parts of the chicken that we could. I told them to keep their salads. I will NOT order from there again. Poor customer service. DEFINITELY NOT WORTH $90!

We used to love Gio's but I'm thinking they aren't doing well financially. I feel like they are trying to save money by cutting down on portions to the absolute bare minimum. I've never seen a thinner pizza than I did tonight. It was soggy, needed to be folded for it was so thin and floppy and it lacked a crust. It was such a minuscule pizza we were still so hungry after. Last time I ordered a small fry worth $5 and it was frozen shoe string style that was literally SMALLER than the size of a happy meal fry; I took a picture and showed my family and we all laughed at how pathetic it was. If the owner is trying to save money then your customers will notice and go somewhere else.
