Had the brisket, ribs, pulled chicken and mac. None of it was good.

Ordered from them yesterday at the Brew Fest. Line took forever, the crew bounced around doing all different tasks. No one seemed to have a certain job to do resulting in nothing getting done efficiently. As for the food, ordered the brisket plate with 2 sides. Wanted the coleslaw and Mac and cheese. They had no Mac and Cheese. Oh well, ordered the beans instead. The brisket was fatty but what little meat I got was juicy and tender (but for the price portions were very small). The beans were flavorful but could barely be considered luke-warm. And the way it was packed let the beans spill all over the brisket. The coleslaw was very good. Overall, I don't think I would go back factoring the price and quality of the food.

Terrible service. the slowest I have ever seen. workers arguing with each other not knowing what to do and overlapping tasks. the brisket was the worst I had, mostly fat and tough. the mac and cheese had only mac no sause or cheese. I spent 1.5 hours in line to have the worst possible bbq.

Absolutely terrible experience! The two workers were literally fighting with each other in Spanish! One didn’t know what the other was supposed to be doing.. let’s talk about the food?!? The brisket I received was ALL fat and the meat that I did have was so tough I couldn’t chew it!! Way over cooked! Mac and cheese was dry and there was big chunks of sugar Crystal’s in the coleslaw.. The worker I saw up front had 1 glove on 1 hand and no glove on the other. I would NEVER recommend this food truck to anyone! Absolutely disgusting!! Wasted $15.00

Maybe it was just a bad day, maybe it wasn't the normal crew. But every part of this experience was flat out bad. The service was disjointed and lacked any clear definition of who was doing what. Multiple food items were touched with a bare hand, the card machine worked and didn't work all at once, the wait was 35 minutes due solely to neither seemingly knowing who would accomplish what task in what order. Ordered a sausage link for my friend who was instead given a hotdog as the sausages "weren't ready" despite them being taken as an order, the brisket sandwich was overcooked by at least 2 hours to the point of being boot leather, and the smoked mac and cheese was acrid, burnt, and had next to no cheese in it. It was so bad that I quite literally went and brushed my teeth immediately after this experience ended.
