Ordered through door dash. Blueberry muffin wasn't cut nor was butter added. Coffee lid was filthy, nothing was bagged, I got an item that wasn't available but got charged for it anyhow. Door dash ended up taking care of that. That was my first time ordering from there. I'm disappointed, I realize mistakes happen. But... multiple in 1 order?!??! It ruins your yummy edge. Brings things to a negative. Muffin was moist and good though. Coffee was a bit too flavored for my taste.

Usually we like Heavenly Donuts but the whole experience at the Nashua Canal Street location was a huge disappointment. The girl at the window was quite rude. Usually when you give someone a tip the correct response would be “thank you”. This girl just took it and walked away. No response at all. Also the donuts were stale and felt like they were from yesterday. Sadly, we won’t be returning to this location again. We drove through about 10:20am on 8/31. This location isn’t recommended with service and quality like this.

Absolutely love Heavenly Donuts! Every time I stop by, the staff is friendly, the service is quick, and the donuts are always fresh and delicious. They have a great selection — from classic glazed to fun seasonal flavors — and everything I’ve tried has been amazing. Their coffee is great too, which makes it the perfect place for a morning treat or an afternoon pick-me-up. Definitely one of my favorite local spots. Highly recommend!

Maria at the Canal st locarion was a good sport and provided excellent service. I presented her a challenge to make me a surprise iced coffee. She surpassed my expectations. (Hevanly donuts management...please set your system up to allow tipping via debit or credit card).

Every SINGLE time I order from here, they mess up my coffee. It’s not that hard to make coffee considering I’ve worked for multiple coffee shops in my life. Maybe it’s because half of them can’t speak English!!!!

Visiting from California, looking for "real" donuts for my nephews, not box store donuts from dunks. Thought I'd give this place a try from the reviews. Nope. Set up just like dunks as far as the whole work model & display as well as how the donuts are made. Tastes like, looks like, feels like another dunks. The ladies were extremely helpful & kind. Love the ladies that helped. Thanks so much!! Won't come back for donuts but perhaps for gas & a smile. ?
