I ordered to go over the phone. Prices are outrageous for some batter. They were liberal with the request for extra butter and syrup. Got back to the hotel and the food was cold and home fries were missing. I returned and the woman forgot to bring out the home fries. They've been sitting there until I returned Cold. Small portions for what they charge.

Walked in to find no one at the host stand. Waited at the front for 6 minutes only to be finally have the RUDEST man emerge from the back and passive aggressively apologize for not dropping everything he was doing. Totally understand being short staffed, but don't need the attitude. Maybe leave a sign out front, just saying...But goodbye, not letting that guy spit it my food...

My sister's boyfriend ordered his steak "well done" and I'm not exaggerating when I say this piece of meat wasn't even cooked, like..it was rarer than rare. We said something to the waitress in complaint, and she proceeded to tell us that even SHE refuses to eat meats cooked by this particular cook, as he has a habit of sending raw meat out all the time. We weren't offered a refund or anything else, just the waitresses acknowledgement that this is a regular occurrence. I, myself, got a shake and it was more milk than anything, whereas my sister's shake was made well. They didn't have any of their promotional items that had prompted my sister's purchase of an omelet in the first place and weren't offered anything in place of this item. The waitress didn't check on how we were doing for 20 minutes after we received our food, just in time to compare horror stories about the food and offer us the check. Terrible experience all around.

Whenever I go to the country for a trip, I make a point of having a snack at Ihop.Always well attended and well served
Well my son and I went there for lunch really wanted eggs and French toast. We were greed and taken to a table were no one else was after that no one came over to take our order for drinks and never came for our order for food. I read the menu 3 times and still no one. Told my son 2 more minutes nothing so we left and got better service at McDonald's. Won't be back again. Terrible.Cathy and son.3/27/23.
