Bree is a machine! Before today we considered this location subpar for customer service and product. But today, there was Bree! She was single-handedly running the whole show. She was lining up multiple orders slicing, dicing, garnishing, wrapping, running the register, app orders and hot subs too. All the while crushing it with order accuracy without having to ask people again. We ate in and still never saw another employee. Our lunch was great. Amazing service.
GIVE THIS GIRL A PROMOTION!! And when she gets off work, maybe she can stop by Whole Foods to teach them how to cut lunch meats too.

Ordered online TO SAVE TIME! Because I am short on time. It says on the APP will be ready qt 6.30pm.
I came at 6.30pm. It wasnt on the pick up shelves. The lady said Oh your order its on the grill. Okay. 4 people finished ordering in the store, 3 Doordash came and go. They all 4 employees laughing and chatting. My order still not ready. I asked again. Where’s my order? Its only a sub. Not 5. She looked flustered and said we’re gonna make it again it will take 2mins. I asked ‘What happened to it?’ She looks confused. I dont get what could possibly happened. She just said ‘oh They probably put it in the wrong bag.’ Mind you, i was standing next to the pock up order the whole time. I dont see anyone put a new bag to it. Never coming to this location ever again.

This review is as of 10/15/25 and was compelled to leave a review due to this branch's handling of a gluten allergy. This was our second time visiting this location with this allergy as a test and have to say the process was a lot smoother and up to snuff--no reactions.
Adam and team (TT (Soo Young), and rest of the team who I didn't get their names) were very positive, patient, and accommodating when it came to my request for a gluten free sandwich and preparations. For those who understand the struggle, often when visiting places you feel guilty for asking for such adjustments.
This was not the case with this specific place and team. It was very evident that the team working on this day had a great working relationship/vibes and it clearly showed. I will 100% come back here for the team and service alone.

1st time trying and not sure what the hype was about. Got 2 regular subs ordered via the app. Despite ordering ahead and arriving almost 10 min after it was supposed to be ready it wasn't and had to wait another 10 min. That is 50 minutes from when ordered and there were only 4 customers who didn't order ahead and 3 waiting who did. Ordered a regular Famous Philly and a customized chicken salad. My friend and I each had a half. We both were not impressed with the Philly. It was a little too salty for me and my friend disliked the flavor of the steak. We both felt it tasted a bit of vinegar and assume maybe it was added even though it wasn't listed. We both thought the chicken salad was better. Got it without tomato, vinegar, olive oil, salt, and had it on the rosemary parmesan bread (per my friend's request). They were not a fan of the bread, but I thought it was pretty good. The chicken salad was tasty. The order was almost $25 with tax and tip and I had to double check the bag handed to me because it felt empty even though there were 2 regular subs about the size of tip of finger to wrist. The value wasn't there. For a little less we could get a large the length of my arm that could feed 4 that is generous with meat and veggies and very fresh up the street. I might come back for the chicken salad, but the pr.ice for the size and filling being a bit skimpy it isn't really a good value.

Beware if you have Celiac Disease!
I appreciate the steps taken to prevent cross-contamination, like changing gloves, using a separate tray, and a dedicated knife. However, I've noticed the clean gloves end up touching shared ingredients (lettuce, onions, tomatoes, and all fixings) that have already come into contact with gluten through previous handling. I completely understand it's not a perfect system, but would it be possible to make my sandwich in the back using ingredients that haven’t been touched by gloves that handled gluten-containing bread? It would really help me feel safer and avoid getting sick.
I didn’t cancel my order even after noticing a major concern. I brought the sandwich labeled 'GF' home, ate it, and unfortunately experienced symptoms afterward. This level of cross-contact might be okay for someone who is just sensitive to gluten, but it’s not safe for someone with Celiac Disease. Sadly, that means this is another place I can no longer eat at.
If gluten is not an issue, my boyfriend says this place has great sandwiches (reason for two stars and not one). Unfortunately he will be eating there a lot less since I cannot eat there.
