The food ain't as good as it used to be the service is difficult the atmosphere don't feel right the employees don't smile they don't ask you how you are anything they just take your order and move you down the line and it's gotten too

The workers were not very friendly and they seemed to be favoring the Spanish people that are the same as they are I don't mean that in any racial way but that's the way it seems they had a sign up that said mobile orders pick up and no one was standing at the register so I waited there for 15 minutes and they didn't even tell me that they have only that one line that said mobile pickups only I had to ask someone when I finally got to the register the guy made me wait while he helped the workers get the food out it just seems like it was very bad service not like it used to be

They were out of many items this particular evening, service was slow, food did not taste fresh. I witnessed this guy adding fries to one of their new big variety boxes with his bare hands. I will not be returning.

Put a order in for a $20 fill up box, an hour later its still not ready, ice broken on drink machine, employees standing around talking in spanish, absolutely terrible never coming backUpdate: an hour and a half after placing my order for pick up the food is finally “ready” soni check before i leave and over half my food was missing and they couldnt understand what i was talking aboutNever coming back ive never had such a problem at any restaurant

Terrible, lazy, employees. They don't clean the tables, they take forever on small orders, they miss my items, and they never fill the forks. I always have to ask for the sauce again because they always forget.

As a worker here I was threatened with violence multiple times my co worker actually got chased out with a knife by the manager on duty an the gm here is beyond disrespectful an unprofessional to not only employees but her customers please do not spend your hard earned money at this

The chicken tenders was soooo yucky. It tasted old, I guess is the only way to put it. The manager was very nice and personable , they were out of Buffalo ranch and honey mustard which would have at least made the stale chicken a little better.

Horrible. Manager is miserable and treats his associates and customers terrible. After ordering food online we were told we would have to wait almost 60 minutes after given pick up time as none of our food was ready and still needed to be cooked. No sides or anything on shelves. I canceled my order but the manager said they do not give refunds. When my confused comment was " seriously " he made a racist comment and called me a nasty name.No one answers the customer service number to get a refund at KFC so I called my bank . TD bank customer service was amazing and reversed the payment for us.Kid-friendliness: With the managers fowl mouth and racist comments this place is not anyone friendly. He didn't care who was around.

At 8:06 I arrived waited until 8:12 for the manager to ask my name then say nothing was cooked. Another associate was told by him to come tell me they didn't have some items and that once they put it in the Mac and cheese takes at least 22 minutes to cook. So I Asked for a refund and the manager told me they do not give refunds. I said " seriously ?" He called me a white bitch. When I asked for his name he said he didn't have one ( no name badge but he said he was the manager ) . Then he walked away. The other 2 associates did not partake in his racist rude remarks and one remained apologetic and the other keep his eyes down. Not only that they close at 10 pm and there's only a table of 3 getting their order piece by piece and there is ZERO food made. You can not go on line and cancel your order after the pick up time. No customer service Thank goodness for TD bank one quick call and "They" reversed the $63.78 charge.
