I'm in town visiting from Philadelphia. In Philly all we have is cheesesteaks and the occasional riot after winning a sports championship. So I wanted to try something different and a little less felonious and while my host was out at work, I walked over to Kinsley House of Pizza.
I went to order a tuna sub but they were out of tuna. No big deal, that's not unheard of in the restaurant industry, and I get it. But I also don't eat meat or poultry, and I didn't want to order an entire pizza to myself, so what to do? This is where the gentleman waiting on me went into what I like to call "helpful salesperson mode".
And I know what you're thinking--am I buying a car or just trying to order food? No, I'm definitely not buying a car. I want to be clear on that. No cars were harmed during the writing of this post. Not even if it was a car made out of pizza and breadsticks, though that is a pretty cool idea and I think it needs to happen.
So anyway, wasn't purchasing a car, and back to the "helpful salesperson" comment--the gentleman behind the counter mentioned that they had "fake chicken" and I could get a fake chicken sub if I wanted.
Well I never had a chicken sub let alone one made from fake chicken, so I decided to try that. That was not a good idea, that was a GREAT idea! Absolute banger of a sub, and I can't wait until I'm back in town so I can try the pizza next.
...but a car made out of pizza is also not off the table. Because life is short, and it's important to have goals, especially if they involve pizza.

Love KHOP, we were very sad when it burned down and are thankful it is back! The pizza is amazing and I love the sweet sauce they use. The new environment is even better now as well with multiple beers on tap, shuffle board, and darts!

I ? love this place. Love the subs, pizza, and the homemade brownies on the front counter are AMAZING!! I also was recommended to try the Mac N Cheese bites. They are the new family favorite ?. The mozzarella sticks are fantastic too. I love the marinara sauce that comes with the bites and sticks is delicious.

They were packed! We ordered a pizza and a fry. It took a bit, but it was to be expected. The owner handed it to us himself and opened the door on our way out while apologizing. The food ended up being so good to make everything even better. Kudos to them tonight! The extra mile always wins! We will be back!

Not favorite crust and the sauce is sweeter than my personal preference, but they are still a good place that stands behind their pizza. My wife was very impressed by their BTL pizza. Those are uncommon in this part of the country.

I really enjoy eating basic sandwiches made with the freshest ingredients. I moved into the area a few months ago and have been trying to find the best sandwich shop in the Nashua area. I've come across some duds so far, but I found KHOP on Saturday March 10th. Very fresh ingredients. Loved it. Plus, they serve beer and wine, which is a huge plus. It's not a dramatic environment, just tables and chairs. You order at the counter and find a place to sit. They do have a bar area on the east side of the room. Really a nice spot. I'll keep trying more sandwiches as I go. They have both hot and cold deli sandwiches and they make pizza.
So happy to see they've re-opened! A staple of Nashua! Food was exceptional along with the service! The young lady at the counter was fabulous!!!

Great little pizza/sub shop. I ordered a sub - was fantastic. Inside is nice and clean. Has a nice vibe. Friendly staff. Also has a bar area inside.Wish I lived closer to come more often!
