Thought about ordering from here but I have zero interest in a tea place that forces you to download an app to order on your desktop and uses AI (AIs make crap up) to answer questions.

Tried TKK for the first time and it was awesome!! We didn’t know sauces were separate so we ordered them after and the lady at the counter gave us free sauce. Blessed. Thanks so much, great service :)

I have the same experience with others here. Some of the rudest customer service ever. I don't understand why there is so much anger towards customers.

I’m impressed. Probably the best chicken sandwich i’ve ever had. The chicken was thick, juicy, succulent, and moist! Also the kiwi drink was pretty refreshing.

Horrible service came with my family bought a family meal and boba drinks for everyone. Staff seemed annoyed when we asked questions about the different drinks.The cashier and one other girl behind her saw us curious about different drinks and boba flavors and did not take any opportunity to be helpful or make suggestions they were hesitant to give us any feed back. Instead seemed cold and bothered we were even asking questions . When our drinks came my two youngest took one sip of their drinks and absolutely hated it . So i asked the cashier if we could have them make something else she replied “ we don’t exchange drinks!” I told her I would gladly pay for them. I purchased two more drinks in addition to the 90$ worth of food we bought. When she took our order she asked if we would be dining there. We told her yes and when our food came out they did not even offer us any sort of plate or anything for our food. When my husband asked the girl for plates she said looked annnoyed and confused and was like “ugh i have four of these “and handed him four small cardboard food containers when she absolutely saw we needed more. And that there was a giant pile behind her. The chicken was good. We ordered a 12 piece family meal the sides were so tiny i couldn’t believe it . I had to order additional food . Which they seemed annoyed about also. They had absolutely no sense of customer service or any sense of taking care of their customers. Especially new customers .Also my daughter noticed after asking the man cooking the food for a to go box he had gross dirty fingernails. (He did wear gloves while cooking) The boba was good. I’m so disappointed it was such an awful experience.

Went there tonight at 7:15pm and the cashier was super friendly. As my significant other and I were placing our order we noticed this guy behind the cashier was not happy. He started showing anger as he opened the freezer. He was slamming and making loud noise like he didn’t want to make our order. Honestly he made us not feel welcomed and this guy has some anger management issues. We left without completing our order because he made us comfortable, sadly I was really excited to try this place because I have heard all but good reasons.

I like the design, price was average, good drink( lil bit to sweet for me in person buy idk about everyone else thought), clean, it was good after all. Recommend if you are in Nashua, NH area. Thank you.

Second time coming into this location. First time getting anything for myself. Here are my thoughts. Chicken tenders were absolutely freaking amazing! Cheese curds were the best I've ever had, hands down. The boba drink that I had ordered was the pineapple slush with litchi boba... So very tasty, I will definitely order that one again!My girlfriends order consisted of Kwa Kwa Bao, a crispy mild drumstick, cheese curds, charred corn, fruit strikes (gummy candies) and a mango milk tea with mango boba. She also enjoyed everything that was ordered.

Parking: Parking can be hard to find when it is busy.
