Seems a lil understaffed but who isn’t these days. Delicious cocktails and food. Had the chocolate mousse cake, cheesecake, fish and chips.

Stopped in for a late lunch on Wednesday July3. There were a number of diners there so we thought it would be a good place. We left after 35 minutes asking that our order be cancelled. We were told there were issues inside and the hostess apologized for the poor treatment. We never got our basic drink order and of course no food. What was interesting was new customers were being seated the entire time. I would suggest some staff training on dealing with a situation like this would be helpful so you care better for your customers.

We were seated quickly, service was fast, friendly and efficient. The food was well seasoned and prepared. Chadwick, our server, went the extra mile to make sure our dining experience was enjoyable.

Went there with a friend for happy hour. Place was almost empty. No one greeted us so grabbed a bar booth. Sat for 10 minutes with no attention so went up to bar to order drinks. Waitress delivered and left menus ordered apps. When the check came and we questioned the amount we were informed that happy hour only applies if you sit at the bar. Okay well, the bar was almost empty, and we gladly would have if we had been advised. They would not honor happy hour prices because we seated ourselves and we weren't in bar seats which were 5 feet away. If the bar were full I may have understood but the place was almost empty. The young woman we asked to accommodate us left with the check and hadn't returned for almost 15 minutes. We finally got fed up, paid and left, very dissatisfied with how the whole thing was handled. I guess im not at all surprised why the place was empty and we will certainly never go back there again....

The interior is lovely, and the bar area has an especially nice ambiance. However some ingredients, in this case the gravy and stuffing for their thanksgiving panini, are prepackaged, presumably monarch brand.Their menu also contains errors that they will not rectify when pointed out. One of their recent specials, the mini quesadilla (which is literally just a taco) said it came with fries. It did not, when asked about this they said it was a misprint and that they would not be providing fries or comping the item. That is false advertisement, and it is poor business practice. I will not be returning.

I recently went to Martha's exchange. Ordered the Thanksgiving panini which was made with prepackaged bag stuffing and an overthickened gravy packet. My friend ordered their special, the mini quesadillas. They were just tacos server in an uncooked corn tortilla. The quesadillas were shown to come with fries on the menu they provided to us. When it arrived there were no fries. When we asked about this we were informed thay it was a misprint and doesn't actually come with fries. That's a problem. It was ordered based on the menu we had given to us by the establishment, with the understanding all items described would be provided. They did not offer to comp a portion of it for their error or anything else. I will not be dining here again.

Sat down at a WIDE OPEN bar at 4 on a Friday, bartender came over and gave us blank stares no drink or food menu expecting us to just know what we wanted, we asked for a drink menu, then was told that the bar fills with regulars by 5 so if we planned to stay longer than that we’d have to move. Needless to say, as equally good paying customers as the regulars, we won’t be back.

The food was very good and waitress was good too. I do not understand why there is never a hostess ready to seat people when they walk in. No excuses, unacceptable. Don't be surprised if you stand at that podium for 5 minutes or more. Sick of hearing the excuse “we're under staffed". Put more people on to work then. GoodUpdate: no one at the hostess stand again. Might as well remove it if it's not being used.

Walked in and sat at the bar on a Tuesday (2/13) just before 7pm. The bartender was mixing drinks at the service bar area at first, then walked over to a random group of people who were already sitting at the bar to talk about the Superbowl. After 10-15 minutes of her completely ignoring us, we left without being offered a drink. I wish I knew her name so I could post if here publicly, but she never even came up to the one new couple who walked into the bar during our time. We took our business elsewhere.

Visited Martha’s for the first time in years as I was at a dance comp next door at the Arts Center. Had dinner Friday and drinks and apps on Saturday evening. The food was great, drinks were good and the staff was amazing. They were great at accommodating our larger parties (13 Fri and 6 Sat) with no notice. Both nights I ended up with the same server, Zach. He was awesome! He is knowledgeable and makes great recommendations and he has good attention to detail. He’s attentive to his guests but not overly. Our drinks were never empty and the food arrived promptly and Zach checked back after a couple bites to make sure everything was satisfactory. Thanks Zach for helping to make our experience a special one!!!

Food took an hour and 15 minutes to come out. We had to take it to go because we were going to a show. It was appetizers so by the time we ate them they were cold and soggy. Noone apologized and it took them forever to give us a check and cash us out. Very disappointed. Terrible experience and customer service.

The food and drinks were great but that doesn’t excuse the sticky mess at our table I had to ask someone to clean up, the cherry stems I swept onto the ground, or the waters I asked for 3 separate times. I can’t remember the blonde that served myself and my girlfriend. We came in this evening just got fried pickles, a Moscow mule and a Bahama mama and our blonde, socially awkward server looks at our check and goes “oh you didn’t write anything… normally people leave a tip” despite the trash service and her not checking our table, I was planning to leave a cash tip, but she took it upon herself to point out there was nothing signed on the paper I did not in fact even leave a cash tip after that rude comment. What an awful way to end a couples first date, pointing out there was no tip and expecting one even after awful service. Will not be returning, wish I could remember the bimbo that served us so I could put her on blast. Unbelievable.
