The food was very good and waitress was good too. I do not understand why there is never a hostess ready to seat people when they walk in. No excuses, unacceptable. Don't be surprised if you stand at that podium for 5 minutes or more. Sick of hearing the excuse “we're under staffed". Put more people on to work then. GoodUpdate: no one at the hostess stand again. Might as well remove it if it's not being used.

Walked in and sat at the bar on a Tuesday (2/13) just before 7pm. The bartender was mixing drinks at the service bar area at first, then walked over to a random group of people who were already sitting at the bar to talk about the Superbowl. After 10-15 minutes of her completely ignoring us, we left without being offered a drink. I wish I knew her name so I could post if here publicly, but she never even came up to the one new couple who walked into the bar during our time. We took our business elsewhere.

Visited Martha’s for the first time in years as I was at a dance comp next door at the Arts Center. Had dinner Friday and drinks and apps on Saturday evening. The food was great, drinks were good and the staff was amazing. They were great at accommodating our larger parties (13 Fri and 6 Sat) with no notice. Both nights I ended up with the same server, Zach. He was awesome! He is knowledgeable and makes great recommendations and he has good attention to detail. He’s attentive to his guests but not overly. Our drinks were never empty and the food arrived promptly and Zach checked back after a couple bites to make sure everything was satisfactory. Thanks Zach for helping to make our experience a special one!!!

Food took an hour and 15 minutes to come out. We had to take it to go because we were going to a show. It was appetizers so by the time we ate them they were cold and soggy. Noone apologized and it took them forever to give us a check and cash us out. Very disappointed. Terrible experience and customer service.

The food and drinks were great but that doesn’t excuse the sticky mess at our table I had to ask someone to clean up, the cherry stems I swept onto the ground, or the waters I asked for 3 separate times. I can’t remember the blonde that served myself and my girlfriend. We came in this evening just got fried pickles, a Moscow mule and a Bahama mama and our blonde, socially awkward server looks at our check and goes “oh you didn’t write anything… normally people leave a tip” despite the trash service and her not checking our table, I was planning to leave a cash tip, but she took it upon herself to point out there was nothing signed on the paper I did not in fact even leave a cash tip after that rude comment. What an awful way to end a couples first date, pointing out there was no tip and expecting one even after awful service. Will not be returning, wish I could remember the bimbo that served us so I could put her on blast. Unbelievable.

We went during a slow period of the day. Everything and everyone was top notch. I had the Salmon with rice and sauteed spinach. Finished every morsel. Ordered a few different beers.Parking: On street parking limitation for 90 minutes. Not sure if you can re-up or not.Wheelchair accessibility: Street level entry with a wide door for a wheelchair.

Unfortunately the price-performance ratio is not right. Very expensive for what you get. The burger was still very good. Unfortunately the beer wasn't that great for the price. However, service was great, although it was very empty.

This microbrewery has some really nice offerings. Right now they're serving an amazing scotch ale. Update Dec 2023: the food is as good as ever tho the selection is very limited now. Our server was either very new or overworked; very distracted. We waited at the entrance over ten minutes for a host or hostess to show up to seat us. We were served the wrong drinks from the barAnd, the checks needed to be corrected. Not a great dining experience this time.

My family and I have come here a few times in the past, but today we came for lunch and got the best service from Alex (I believe that was his name). He was so kind and attentive to us! Great food as always.

Martha’s Exchange is not successful because it has great food. In fact, I’d say the food is below average. It thrives, I think, due to its marquee location and great service. I’ve never been impressed by what I’m eating, but I always find myself wanting to be friends with the person serving it to me.

Flight was interesting. Food was very good, Alex the server was great and their chocolate area was great.

Beautiful place, bad beer, iffy service on first impression—and since we were traveling, the only impression we’ll get. Husband and I just stopped in for a drink, sat at the gorgeous bar, and waited quite a while before being helped. We ordered one of their hazy IPAs and a scotch ale because they were out of the pumpkin beer on the menu that my husband actually wanted. Both beers were not palatable, and we couldn’t finish them (a first for both of us). It’s so easy to access halfway decent craft beers anywhere, so there really shouldn’t be any excuses for undrinkable beer when the sign says ‘brewing company’. What’s more unfortunate is that the two beers were $19. Fewer better beers would be preferred to a large selection of bad ones, especially when they are pricey. Cannot speak to the food but if you’re seeking beers and passing through, cannot recommend..

Terrible! We should have read the recent reviews first. Let me start with the lack of service. After 10 minutes, we got up from our table and moved to the bar; not any better, we had to wave the bartender to get her attention! One person, who came in after us, got up and after being totally ignored, walked right out. We should have done the same at that point. The couple sitting next to us were overserved, drunk and belligerent. I could not believe she served them another round! Once waited on, the drinks and food did arrive in a reasonable amount of time, but nothing special. Terribly overpriced for what you get. The food was mediocre at best. The drinks cheap. And then there were the flies while we tried to eat! Gross. We will never return. What a waste of money! This place is a dirty, run down, low class dive bar with idiots working behind the counter. The Board of health and liquor inspector need to pay this place a serious visit.

Been going to Martha's many years and have had a great experience every time. Today, not so much. I ordered the calamari which came out cold and soggy, a first for the restaurant. But what really had upset is that for the time I was charged $13.25 for a beer!!! The only items without pricing on the menu is the beer, now I know why. Very disappointing.
