I asked for a extra syrup and ketchup and the manager punched a hole in it with his thumb and handed it to me with a smile on his face never going back to this location service is terrible it's fast food grow up if you don't like your job find a new one it's that simple.

Some young man that works in the drive-through on Saturday night of August 16th 2025 refused to give me my mobile order because I wanted extra nuggets. In a very hostile aggressive manner he told me “no! too bad” even using profanity and that I would have to drive around and order again. I simply drove away, and I was still charged for my food that I never got. I usually don’t bother leaving a bad review, but this person needs to be reprimanded. I have already started a formal complaint with corporate.

Update: I work overnights and McDonalds is unfortunately the only thing open after 1am. And since their snack wraps have come back I will get once because they’re lower calorie than the rest of the menu. However, if you’re putting in a Mobile order from their app, you need to ask them to pay attention to the special additions you’ve made when customizing your order. 3 times I have gone there to get a snack wrap and I have to ask for xtra dressing and xtra cheese or you barely get any of either on your snack wrap. And 3 times I’m paying more for nothing. Tonight they added the additional ingredients however, you should’ve seen the size of the chicken strip. It was as Nick as my thumb. If I knew they were using mini strips I would’ve paid for an extra of those as well!!! SMH.

Usually this particular McDonalds has the most awful customer service. I do not recommend this location at all. Management is rude to the customers. . Myself have experienced and witnessed how rude they speak to their customers.
