Stuck in the parking lot for 20 minutes. Delivery truck refused to move his truck to let me and several other customers. Went in and spoke to 2 managers which they told me they "knew". Asked the truck driver and his response was "I know". 45 minutes later we were able to leave mcdonalds parking lot. Great service. Thank you so much for your kind consideration.
