McDonald's is a restaurant with varying levels of quality. While employees are generally friendly and some staff members bring joy to the experience, food inconsistencies can still occur. Breakfast sandwiches may arrive with undercooked or frozen bread, and burgers can be cold and poorly assembled. However, the restaurant's crew is capable of providing excellent service and good food. Recently, there has been an influx of new staff, and many customers appreciate being able to get a good decaf coffee any time of the day. Parking can still be a challenge due to the poor condition of the asphalt and proximity to an abandoned building. Despite some menu changes and the removal of items like the coffee cappuccino, the experience can be hit-or-miss. With a consistent crew, it has the potential to be a five-star establishment.
