People were super friendly in the drive thru - extremely disappointed in food. Medium sized fries, not even close to filling the container. My snack wrap had one piece of chicken and barely any lettuce, also unfilled and disappointing. I know its McDonalds but for the more than $10 I paid for this meal I could have gotten something much nicer somewhere else.

This is the worst McDonald's, never get the order right, there's always at least a 15 minute wait no matter the time of day and theres ALWAYS a problem with the order. Always.

Ill start with my large fry that was practically a small, lol. Onto the smash burgers, where my whole burger got pushed on top before serving. Then to the drive thru line has been ridiculous too many times now. You're too lazy to press a button on your headset to swap channels as someone who just worked 10x harder than you is on their way home and let 3+ people order infront of them? (on their way home too, besides the point.) So they wait longer on your laziness rather than inability.. This hasn't happened once, not twice to my partner, but more times with me. My cousin always bad mouthed this place/the people in it the past years i didnt have my own vehicle and now I see why. Id much rather grab some bubbas and chicken patties at the store, and you'd be out of my business if I knew how to make a caramel frappe.

Food was super cold fries nasty and soggy and never even received one of my crispy chicken from the meal got drink and fries just no chicken for that meal kind of annoying when spending $60 on fast food….. on going issue everytime I order here

Absolutely no point to mobile app at this location, save yourself the time and effort go thru the drive for ordering . Order 10 minutes in advance food sits there don’t offer the service if you can’t do it 🙈

Maybe they need new audio equipment?

Drive through guy asked me 5 times what sauce I want. I asked for buffalo every time. I got sweet and sour.

Asked for a spicy snack wrap, I got ranch.

If I came here more often than once every couple of months I'd take the time to actually complain.

The food is constantly messed up, an order made 30+ minutes prior resulted in me having to wait 15 more minutes just to get the wrong drink, mind you this was a simple triple cheeseburger meal, not the entire menu. The entitled female manager and her friends really bog this place down, she is very condescending and the rest of the higher ups seem to be driving this place to the ground as well. I see more phone use here than actual work. They also treat the older guy like crap whos disabled, not real supportive towards the disabled community like corporate claims in their ads it seems.
After so many complaints from the community, over months, nothing happens.
